However, for the past 2 weeks I have been trying to make an appointment to get my roots highlighted. I have called 5 times, and 2 times they took my name and number for an appointment. They said their stylist is on call, so they would get back to her to see when there is an opening and get back to me. I never got a call back any time so I had to keep calling to try for an appointment. I finally called for the 5th time and they then said they're not sure if the stylist is on vacation or not and they haven't gotten a call back for me. I got that information the 5th time I called. I never thought getting an appointment at a spa (which has a salon in it) would be so difficult. I understand that it's around the holidays but I do not understand why/how it is so difficult to just get an appointment. I just said the next opening; I didn't need an urgent appointment. But waiting two weeks is pushing it. I will be going elsewhere for highlights because of this. Will never go back. It's very unprofessional to never call back someone trying to make an appointment, and to not even know if the stylist is on vacation for the holidays.
