She is super sensitive to their needs, especially now in their senior years. We have gone on vacations lasting anywhere from a few days to 2+ weeks and trust her completely. Homer was super comfortable with her as was I having her in my home. She was patient with my toddler running around and bugging her as she groomed the dog. Nadia and Carter are well educated and do a fine job with training. We learned a lot in a few lessons and have been able to manage our English bulldog better. I give them 3 stars due to their poor communication skills. Getting a response from them will take days to even weeks. It's hard to wait around for a respond when I have a jammed packed schedule as well. We've been nice and rescheduled when asked or even waited for them because they were behind schedule, but it gets old real fast. We were also promised an outline to follow and a new leash but neither of those were given to us. Overall they have great prices and they are great people, but if you want any service done I would plan on waiting a few weeks for a response. read more
