Worst service ever. I wish I could give less than one star. I get my no chip gel mani cure done after 3 weeks. I got them done here in May for first time and with in 5 days they were chipping. I was on vacation. Not scrubbing or doing handy work. Couldn't comeback and get them fixed. Worst experience ever. read more

First time checking this place out and it won't be the last! I got an amazing pedicure from Sarah today. She is a rockstar in my eyes! I'm pretty picky and she gave me the best pedicure I've had in over 10 yrs and at a very reasonable price. The salon is very clean and bright. Staff is very friendly. Lots of great colors. All things said previously. So glad my other salon cancelled on me, otherwise I might not have ventured over there. What a pleasant place! I was able to walk in with no wait and the owners were amazing. If I wanted to talk they talked to me, and sometimes I got into the movie they had playing on the tv and they let me just watch it. The place is super clean and they took their time with the clients, not rushing on to the next one. I will be back for sure. read more

I've gone to this place twice and enjoyed both times. I do recommend going during the week(M-Thurs) for the mani/pedi special, if not you'll be paying $20 more. My nails last the 2 weeks before getting them done again. I did walk ins for both and was seated quickly as well as worked on right away. It's a beautiful space and they make you feel welcomed. I wish they had more color options(last time I wanted a type of yellow, and someone there was looking for a type of blue) They give you a nice hand/foot massage after painting and they tend to play really good movies. I recommend this place to anyone who wants good quality work as well as feeling comfortable. read more

Omg amazing!!!! I was a walk in customer today, they seemed busy but they got me in. It is very clean, all the techs are clean and neat and you don't hear them shouting in different language as they do in other salons and if they had to , they do it very low. I was barely able to hear what they were saying in their native language and they did it so quick. I had to mention this , because for the first time of my life I witness this in a nail salon. Every salon I went to , were shouting in their language, talking and looking at you in the same time and it always got me wondering if they were talking or just making fun or whatever... anyways, the service is also amazing they spent around 2 hours on my hands and feet. Never again! Service is awful. Staff isn't friendly. I went to Cozy Nails out of desperation. I wanted a french tip NO chip Manicure and pedicure. My nails were filed different lengths and shapes. The WHITE was all painted on differently. None of them matched the other. Angie, could see by my facial expression that I was not happy. She asked what I thought and I rolled my eyes. My pedicure had a lot to be desired. Not much done with cuticles and caulisis. Again, nails filed differently. I didn't not want to make a scene, so I emailed the manager. NO response! I called to speak to the manager and was intercepted by Angie, who said come in and they will redo. I thought it only fair to give them a chance to fix it. I returned after my trip, Angie redid nails. My cuticles still need to be trimmed and my nails were filed on top and are uneven. My feet are still rough, there buffer isn't enough. Where are the leg rubs, feet rubs, arm rubs...Anything! When the service was complete and Angie remembered me and the kicker is she went to here Manager, spoke in korean, made for a very uncomfortable feeling. They charged me for the Pedicure and waiting on TIP!! WOW! I should have embarrassed the women the first time...VERY EXPENSIVE and POOR TECHNICIANS! read more

This was my first time at this nail salon and I only went in for a pedicure. First off they don't use an actual scraper for the feet like other places do, this was more like a file. I came home to still having the bottom of my feet look how they did when I walked in there. Waste of $35. I will never be returning there again! read more

I had my eyebrows done for $12. There was no privacy. I sat in a chair in the main area while I was waxed. I'd prefer a private area-at least a curtain and in my opinion it costs a little too much for a simple wax. Lucy waxed me and she did a great job, I was just hoping it wouldn't be so awkward. It's not too much to ask for privacy, especially when I'm paying more than I've ever had to pay for a wax. read more

my friend and i got mani/pedis done here. we were sat as soon as we walked in, which i appreciate. there were two people working on her immediately, even though i was going to take longer because i had gel polish that had to come off. so i already knew she'd be waiting on me to finish up. my friend was done with her mani/pedi before they even finished my pedicure. once someone started on my hands, i realized she was being really rough, but figured she knew what she was doing, so i didn't say anything. after i washed my hands and sat down for the manicure, i realized my cuticle on my left thumb had a ring of blood around it, were the lady cut me. i pointed it out and a new lady cleaned it for me. then a guy sat down to do my manicure, but got up and walked away several different times to help other customers while he was working on me. on top of that, he forgot how many times i was under the nail dryer (because he left) and i had to remind him. they also do this weird payment system. they walked up to my friend 5 minutes in and asked her to pay right then, and that the tip had to be added before she paid, so how much did she want to tip. i could tell she was kind of put on the spot and it was uncomfortable. overall, will not be going back to pay $75 for that kind of service again. read more

Got a massage with my wife. It was nice and relaxing. REcommend wearing loose clothes when you go though, they don't have you strip down for the massage because it's one big room. But they have a lot of beds, and its very relaxing. Great price for what you get! read more

I'm happy to see that everyone else here had an awesome experience here. Unfortunately my first time here was a disappointment. I'm not one to complain, and i love trying new places. The 1 stars is for how beautiful this shop was and how clean the shop was. I was going in just for a pedicure, which i treat myself to every month. They helped me right away, and i picked my color out of the big selection they do have which was nice. But, the lady that was doing my toes was very rough and didn't talk to me whatsoever. She was in a rush (but there was no body else in the salon), the massage was sloppy (which is everyones favorite part), and when she finished she brought my things to sit on a couch, no dryers or anything and the only time she cared to talk was to ask me for my money. As i was puting my shoes on i noticed all of my dry skin that i GO TO GET OFF when i get a pedicure was still there. This was a $30 dollar service plus a tip, what a waste of money. I get off work at 5 and got there at 5:30 and they couldn't do a no chip because they close at 6 and it would take longer then a half hour to do the no chip manicure so they wouldn't take me because it would have been past 6 when they close to do it. read more

I just went to Cozy Nails earlier to day on a lark as I was in the area. I had a classic manicure and a lip wax. Lucy who apparently is the owner or manager greeted me within seconds of my entering the room, and immediately assigned a technician to do my manicure before her attention was drawn by three clients in the front area of the salon. The nail technician that was assigned to me was sweet, lovely, intense and absolutely knowledgeable about her job. The salon was immaculate, well organized - and beautifully, tastefully decorated from the entrance to the far back rooms. I felt "safe" there in the cleanliness and ambiance of the space, and I will definitely go back for future services. read more
