My daughters and I found this place about five years ago after moving from Memphis. We've have come often. They've always been so sweet and clean while coming here. During the recent times, we have missed them and went for a second time today since quarantine. While walking in they take your temperature, make you wear gloves while picking out the colors, and you have to wear a mask at all times. HOT ROCKS WERE AMAZING!! ... First time here, made a reservation for 3 mani/pedi... there was no wait once we arrived! The three nail techs took their time thoroughly, nothing felt rushed. The massage chairs were very comfortable and powerful. But best of all, for a regular pedicure they rub hot rocks on your legs and feet! Definitely made the whole experience even more special. Only negative, I wish the nail techs knew Nail Art so they could have done a flower design on my big toes. A no chip mani is $35 and regular pedi is $30 but combined they are $60, so that price break is very nice!!! Mini hot stone leg and foot massage with the pedicure. Isn't that enough? I came for a no-chip mani and pedi. Called ahead for a same-day appt. Four pedi stations, four mani stations, and one chair massage chair. It's clean. The music isn't too loud or crazy. The pedi is what you would expect until they pull out the hot stones and rub your calves and arches of your feet. Ahhhhhhh. They know their regulars, asking about the grandchildren and vacations. I love that. Instruments are sanitized and clean. This was also the first time I got a no-chip, and they were helpful in picking a color that was neutral and opaque. We will have to see if it actually lasts 2-3 weeks. I just need it to last a week so anything beyond that is a bonus in my mind. I'm not a mani pedi regular because I am too cheap and lazy but this may have to be the go-to place when I am getting ready for a conference. Update: the no-chip went 2+weeks and still looked great! read more

I haven't gotten my nails done anywhere else since I discovered this place... Prices are comparable to most salons, though much less expensive than where I had previously been getting my nails done. But they add a complimentary hot stone leg massage with every pedicure (insanely amazing) and a short, but body-melting shoulder massage with each service. I would like to rate this salon higher, however, AFTER I got my no chip manicure the owner tells me there is an additional $5.00 charge for removing nail polish a different salon applied. There are price lists and posters on the walls but no where is there an additional charge posted for removing nail polish Lovely Nails did not apply, not so Lovely afterall. I wonder what other hidden charges they have AFTER providing services. There are a LOT of nail salons within a 10 minute radius, I would recommend going to one that is up front about their charges and will remove another salons nail polish for free. The owner Min is a classy sweet woman who goes above and beyond to make you happy. Every service I've ever received has been outstanding! I can't say enough about this place. It is so reasonably priced. You get a mani pedi for $30.00, they even use hot stones for the pedicure. Feels so good! It gets even better than that, at the end of your mani pedi you get a massage!! Very nice nail salon. A bit pricier than some others I've been to (my full set cost $35 instead of the usual $25 or $30 I tend to pay) but the woman was very friendly and efficient and my nails looked terrific. She also gave me a little hand/arm massage and a shoulder massage while my nails were drying. The perks made up for the higher price. Not sure I can afford to make this my regular nail place but I will definitely be back. read more

I've been going to Lovely Nails with my mom since they opened. I am a regular customer and I only like going to Lovely to get my nails done. I get a mani/pedi and more recently the new no chip mani/pedi. They offer punch cards for frequent customers and they have a very nice, clean spa. They do a great job every time and my no chip mani always lasts 3-4 weeks. Each nail service they provide comes with a few free bonuses, i.e. a free hot stone massage and sugar scrub on your legs, a mini back rub. The owner and the ladies who work at the shop are extremely friendly and they know a lot of their customers by name. I recommend this shop to everyone. I have been going to Lovey Nails for a long time, at least 15 years I think. I have not found a better, or more reasonably priced salon in all the local communities around and I've tried a few others. Min is terrific and all the girls who work for her are too. It kind of feels like a little family. I never come out that I don't always feel like a new woman. I have done the manis, pedis and the massage also. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Absolutely love Lovely Nails! I've been going probably once per month for the past year and a half, usually joined by at least one if not two other friends. They recently put in all new massage/pedi chairs/equipment (the past 6 months). Their pedicures are awesome and the gel mani lasts quite a while (maybe not as long as for other people, but my job is ridiculously rough on my hands.) When I do my nails myself, I'm lucky if they last an entire work day. The gel mani lasts me more than a week, which I think is totally worth it. Each mani or pedi also comes with a mini shoulder/neck massage that makes you melt into a puddle. I rarely go anywhere else, but the prices are pretty comparable to other nail salons/spas. They accept credit cards but prefer cash for tip (who doesn't?!) They not only offer manis and pedis, but also waxing services and massage services for $1 per minute (TOTALLY WORTH IT!!) The ladies at the shop are super friendly and funny! If you get bad service, I'd say you're a bad customer, because I've never had a problem at this place. Side note: some people's expectations are way too high in general for all service industries. So the next time something isn't perfection at the nail salon/restaurant/grocery store/mall/amusement park, GET OVER IT. You never know what the day has been like for that particular person/place, and if you have never worked in the service industry, you never will. read more

Recently came in when my regular nail salon tech had to cancel my appointment. It was my 8 year old daughters birthday party that day and I just wanted her nails painted and a no-chip gel fill-in for mine. There was a AVAILABLE nail tech who looked at my nails and said she doesn't know how to match the same color and that they don't fill no chips?! I didn't care if I had the same exact color, a new salon isn't going to have the same colors and I stated I can pick a new one, then she said she didn't know how to take off the color?! what!!??? then I said "please, my daughter's party is in 2 hours, just fill it and paint hers" and she looked at my nails again and simply said "no, sorry, I won't". I was shocked! they had a sign on their door stating "We do no chip". She was rude, talking in vietnamese to coworkers and I felt completely discriminated. My husband is Vietnamese!!! so I completely comprehended what she and her co worker's were saying about me in Vietnamese while looking at my nails. I WILL BE reporting them to the Better Business Bureau! FYI, I went down the street and luckily found a salon who knew what a gel fill in was and I tipped him $40. Shame on you!!! read more

Had a 5:00 appointment, wasn't started until 5:45. The water for my pedicure was cold by the time it was started. She didn't pumice my heals at all, I had to ask her to do so. I asked for shellac and got gel, then she tried to convince me there were the same. I am on day 5 of the no chip and it's already fading and peeling. :( read more

I love this nail salon for pedicures. They are reasonably priced and they do a wonderful job. They use hot stones on your legs and feet which is something I have never experienced and you don't have to pay extra! They massage, exfoliate, and scrub your feet. I find a lot of places do not do all of those or it is inconsistent from time to time. Not here, they do everything every single time. I do not feel rushed here like I do at other salons. The pedicure is actually relaxing and totally worth the money. It does take a little longer than some places, but again that is because they are not rushing you and they are actually taking the time to give you the proper services that you are paying for. I would definitely recommend Lovely Nails if you are looking for a really great pedicure for a great price. read more
