It's a Tuesday 11 AM wanted to try a new salon around the area. Did not feel welcome in.(the lady before me was checked in, but I wasn't.) i had to ask to see if there was a waiting time. The nail tech who did my nails she was good. I got no chip mani & pedi($125) It was pretty quiet, i've been to other nail salons where they have soft music or even TV on with a movie, something playing in the background. I would be a regular if this was by home v.s. work.... so frequency is limited to when I stop in there while getting my car detailed next door... this is in a strip mall nearby, so I drop the car, grab a Subway sandwich, (same strip mall) then settle in for a VERY good pedicure. AMBIENCE & POLISH INVENTORY Decent but nothing fantastic. I sometimes bring my own polish... or layer different shades to make one I prefer over the general selection. SERVICE The soaking and scrubbing is thorough, no extra charge for exfoliating scub and lotion with the massage. The polish application is good, and they are very nice. One thing... its better go to after work, because the time for the pedicure can run over a lunch over... due to the aforementioned extras. They have always been very detail-oriented and pamper-y to me... but I tip decently so it might be a chicken-egg situation... read more

I've downgraded my first review. I am SO sad to report that as this business is growing, they are not taking care of their regular customers. They started to get too busy to take me as a walk in, so I would make an appointment every time. Lately they have been taking too many walks resulting in my having to wait at least a half hour before they started on my mani/pedi. Last time I waited almost and hour and decided I will not be going back!!! read more

I have been going to Grace Nails for a few years. The staff are professional and friendly. The salon is very clean. I like the addition of the flat screen TV. The new owner shows family friendly movies which makes the time fly. I have always gotten lovely mani pedis here at a reasonable price. read more

Don't buy gift certificates from here. I have been coming here for over 18 years. I have had nothing but great service and very happy. When COVID hit I chose not to get my nails done. When things started to return back to "normal", I made an appointment. I have numerous gift cards. They took the first one a couple of months ago. When I got my nails done today with my daughters, they would not take them, stating they expired. I have $80 worth of certificates. The owner said no. I asked for her to give me half the value, and again she refused. I am sad to say they have lost me as a customer. I'm glad they feel like they have enough business and won't miss mine. read more

I haven't had my nails done here, but the woman who does eyebrow waxing is AMAZING on a consistent basis which is VERY hard to find. It's $12 and very well worth it. Edit: I brought this review down to a 1 from a 5 after watching the owner turn away a customer using a legitimate gift certificate that had been purchased there for salon services. The customer was told it was expired even though there was no expiration date on it... after acknowledging that in fact it was their gift certificate. It was pretty outrageous. Also, one of the workers was working while sick with the flu and I didn't notice until later on during my visit. I was very upset about this, as I had a newborn at home at the time. The owner wouldn't send her home despite there being no customers. They also change their prices and only inform you after you have had the service you're used to under a different price. The workers are nice, but the owner not so much. read more

I have had only positive experiences at Grace Nails. When you walk in, it does not reek of chemicals like most nail salons. They do not use lights to dry your nails either, but instead use a machine that blows air. The whole mani pedi experience is holistic. It is best to go Monday-Wednesday, as a mani pedi only costs $30. read more

This was the first time I went to this salon. I had a woman named Jenny do my pedicure. Their price included the callus removal treatment that other salons charge extra for. I received a great foot and leg massage. And then, while being seated with feet under the drying table, I received a short but wonderful massage of my neck and shoulders. Great experience! Love, love , love this place! Very reasonably prices, very friendly staff who chatted with me rather than speaking amongst themselves in a language I didn't understand. Love the neck / shoulder massage that was included in my manicure. The first tiime I went the manicurist actually talked me out of getting fake nails and instead gave me hints as to how to take better care of my own nails - and the hints didn't even include coming back every week for the rest of my life. I drove 20 minutes to this salon and it was my first time there. I arrivedwell over an hour before they close. I asked for a manicure and pedicure. There were three ladies getting their nails done, of which 2 were almost done. Also, there was no one else waiting. The manicures stated that there will not be enough time to finish before they close. Really?! You cannot even work an extra 10 minutes if even needed to accommodate me. Will I be going? Never. Although I live 35 mins away and pass by dozens of nail shops, Grace Nails is worth the drive. Clean, professional, relaxing environment, nice people and a great pedicure too. It's easy to miss them by their location in a little strip mall but they do an excellent job on my feet . I have given out their card to many of my friends and family. Love this place. read more

I have had many terrible experiences there. They were extremely rude to me. Although their services were good - it was not worth it.

I went there today, after having a positive experience a few years ago. I remembered this place being well attentive and wonderful. However, they did not live up to my memory. When I sat down in the chair the lady looked very cranky and only asked me one question and did not seem interested when I responded. Also, as she was doing my pedicure her and another lady who works there were talking to each other in their native language. I'm sorry but I just find this extremely rude because it makes people apprehensive and I was consistently thinking about whether they were taking about me or not. Furthermore, I asked her very kindly if she could do a flower on my toes and she rolled her eyes and hesitantly agreed; this did not make me feel as if she was going to do her best job on my pedicure. Once my toes were done I sat down at the manicure table and she immediately ordered me to pay before even asking anything. I then asked her if she could do a flower on my hands and she acted pissed beyond belief so I said nevermind. Also, when I gave her my money to pay (including 15% tip) she looked at me and said "where's the tip?" I told her to keep the money i gave her and I didn't need change back and she said "no that's not enough. 20%". I found that EXTREMELY RUDE. That is just not acceptable to question a paying customer. Tips are not necessary and are something that should not be expected. Needless to say, I could not wait to get out of there after my nails were done drying and I will NOT be back. read more

Shame on you Grace nails. I live very close and have gotten quite a few pedicures here. They are as average as most nail salons. But I keep going back because the salon is clean and close to home. However, I sent my 68 year old mother here and I feel they fully took advantage of her. My mom has had gel nails since the beginning of time. She needed the old set taken off and new set on. They had very difficult time dealing with gel nails, did not have the experience to take them off, charged her extra for the difficult time they had getting them off, then charged her full price for new set (expected), but they did a poor job placing new gels. The finished product was amateur at best. The nails broke and lifted after 4 days. My mom went back and showed the owner who said she would have to come back and see the same girl who placed the nails on in 2 days. My mom went back and they complained she did not come back sooner to complain. The woman then instead of redoing the nails, or even doing a fill put glue around the base and gave mom a manicure and charged her another $25. So for her new set of nails it cost her $100 and the finished product was rough, yellow, and still lifted when she left the salon. Shame on you Grace nails, shame on you for taking advantage of an older woman who was bullied into walking out with such a poor job. Shame on you! read more

NEVER GO HERE! BAD SERVICE AND THEY UP THEIR PRICES AFTERWARDS! I walked in in as a 1st time customer thinking that I was lucky to see that I'm the only customer & there were 3 employees waiting around. Normally walk ins have to wait a while. They had a $30 mani+pedi promo going on so I decided to get that. I was surprised that my pedi was done even though the tech didn't even put nail polish on yet. The lady acting as supervisor said that my tech has to charge extra if I want polish because the foot scrub went longer than usual. When I checked my toenails, I noticed that my cuticles and toenails were barely cleaned properly. I felt jipped! If they were gonna charge me extra they should have told me so before the service. Right then and there I've decided forget the mani. I paid her $25 of my hard earned dollars for a job that is not even halfway done. It didn't stop there. The supervisor said what about gratuity. I said "What!?! thinking I misheard her. It turns out I heard right. She was looking for tips. I cannot believe she had the audacity to ask for tips after such a bad service. I gave the tech $2 and as I walked out I heard her complaining in Korean. I'm never going back there ever! Service was bad and so are their attitudes. Please warn everybody read more

After a previous bad experience (over a year ago), I went here once again while I was waiting for my car wash. I thought "oh maybe it was just that one time, I should give them a chance". WRONG!!! Again horrible service and waste of money! My pedicure came out uneven, my toes were filed pointy after I specifically asked for square ones (the girl that was doing my nails was trying to convince me that they were square). After I complained to another girl, she started wiping off the mess that I had all around my nails (it looked like my 8 year old daughter did it). All she did was repaint another coat and told me to put my nails to dry. The next thing I know third girl showed up and I told her how unhappy I was with my pedicure and she said "Ok, no problem" and she stared wrapping my nails in saran wrap. I thought that she is going to fix my nails, but instead she put on my shoes and told me that I am all set. I was so upset at this point that I didn't even bother to say anything. I just paid and left. I am never coming back here again! read more
