Not quite sure what just happened but I spent 30.00 and a 5.00 tip for basically a leg massage that I dried myself. man was so rude and told me I couldn't leave without paying for my pedicure - which I didn't get. I showed a picture of the mani I wanted and when I was told they couldn't do it, said I would just go another salon since there are so many around. I gave a 5.00 tip to the girl who was readying my legs , dried myself off and went to leave. The man stood between me and the door telling me I wasn't leaving unless I paid 30.00. Said I got a pedi and if I didn't want color that was my choice. Not true. I should have called the cops rather than deal with this bully who took my money for nothing. Don't go here!!!! so all they did was massage my legs and it cost me 35.00.... and a very rude guy. The legs are just part of the mani pedi, which I didn't get. All I got was upset. Made an appointment for my 14 year old daughter for her school dance. We were not greeted when we walked in, instead of saying hello , woman shouted , "color!" and then she pointed at the nail polish wall. We paused and showed her a PHOTO of what she wanted with long nails French manicure, black trim and we said, "we want her nails to look like this!". She started manicure and had someone else take over, who also saw the photo and told she wants her nails to look like this. No questions of any kind about what she wanted other than gel. Was asked to pay in advance since they were closing the register before her nails were done and then proceeded to give manicure with no tips like the photo . My daughter was terrified of the angry rude woman who shouted at us when we walked in and was too scared to say anything once she realized they were not giving her tips. By the time I saw what they were doing, the black tipped nail polish was on her short nails. I told her she didn't want short nails with a black trim that looked like dirty nails and we had showed a PHOTO of nails with tips that she wanted and was told it's too late. I asked to make an appointment the next day to fix and was told no appointments were available except for one at 9:30 am on a school day . We were refused ANY money back and paid 45 to have the nail polish removed and scraped off her fingers painfully and had to make an appointment elsewhere to fix. Funny thing is I have never written a bad review anywhere . I am extremely reasonable . If we had been treated civilly and had a conversation from the beginning this never would have happened. If it was a miscommunication, and you offered to give me a partial refund or an actual appointment to fix with partial discount I would have never written this review. If you treat people poorly this is what happens. You should treat customers like human beings and have minimal communication and courtesy. We have been to a number of nail salons that have all been great! Still in shock about how they treated us. And in response to you , my daughter did care. She was crying in the car and was scared of you. Next time you need to have a conversation with the customer. Why didn't you ask about the pic with long nails we showed you ? Should have been your first question since I assumed you knew but like I said, not one question. So abrupt and not speaking to us. And YOU didn't have to pay! I paid for everything and you refused even a partial refund. read more

This nail salon is a hidden gem! They have a large selection of colors and their polish usually last longer than other nail salons. The music they play is pop acoustic and I like that they do not talk to you. When I get my nails done I just want to zone out. They are quick. Most of the nail techs remove gel polish by soaking and scrapping the polish off which I think is much better than using that nail filer. It is bit out of my way but it is worth it since the polish last longer than some of the places closer to me. read more

I've been here a few times now and always have a great experience. I don't live in the area anymore but this is my go to spot when I'm in town. I sit with Sunny and she is so nice and does an amazing job- my nails always look brand new after I come to this salon. All the nail technicians look like they do amazing work and all the chairs are always filled when I go in! They've def adapted in great ways for Covid safety regulations and I felt really comfortable and taken care of here. Highly recommend! read more

Is so peaceful especially with their easy listening station. (Makes me sleepy lol) Staff is great and really take their time with you. Not PUSHY at all like these other places. That's a win win!! This is my 6th visit at COZY NAILS. Each time I get a waxing done; a powder manicure and a pedicure. I'm sad to report that overall I've not been completely satisfied. For me that haven't shown or displayed friendliness. They don't welcome me. I think they should recognize me by now! My waxing has not been satisfactory the last two times; disappointed when I reviewed their work using a magnifying mirror, at home. My pedicures, are not great either. They do not scrub my heels! I live in New York City but will always wait to visit home to get my nails done. This is the only salon I will go to. Very busy on weekends but it's justified because they are so great. All their staff are super friendly and take great care of you without pressuring you for additional treatments. Michael and May (the owners) have superb attention to detail, as well as any of the other ladies. My gel manicure lasts 3-4 weeks. I just went into cozy nails to get my nails done. I did not have an appointment but I have never made an appointment for my nails in my life. When I walked in there were 4 woman who did not have clients and greeted me with smiles in anticipation of doing my manicure and pedicure. The woman who is in charge spoke up and said "do you have an appointment?" I said "no" she said "well then no" I said "no you can't do my nails?" She said "you don't have an appointment, we can't do it now." My only thought was that it had to be the way I was dressed. I am a teacher who is going to prom tonight. I came home, threw on some sweats and headed to get my nails done before coming back to get dressed up. I am disgusted at this place which I previously enjoyed going to. The main woman was so snobby and made a specticle for no reason at all considering there were 4 woman sitting around doing nothing!!!!!!!!! I have come to this place many times but have never gotten their dip powder. I would never recommend this service to anyone from this salon. I got dip powder with tip and the nail tech put the initial powder and continually added layers of nail glue. He then put gel polish on top, which is not supposed to happen with dip powder. I let it happen and even asked him why he was putting gel polish on top and he told me it was normal. I went to another salon to get them taken off and redone and they told me they have never seen this before and that it was very weird. It took 10x longer to get off and they told me my nails were completely ruined and fragile. Please do not get this service!! read more

I came in as a walk-in the early afternoon of Wednesday, August 8th. Michael took care of my gel manicure. He was super precise and did 4 layers on my nails, followed by a wonderful neck and shoulder rub. The relaxing music made me feel like I was at a spa! The color and appearance still looks beautiful, 10 days after my manicure. My nails still look perfect and neat! The gel has not cracked, even with the abuse my hands get at work. I was lucky enough to come at a time that wasn't busy, but the owner took me right in and did a fantastic job.
