I received a gift certificate for the Green Tea Spa Pedi (which I learned upon arrival costs $75!!!!! I have very generous friends!) Anyway the pedicure was fantastic. It lasted about an hour and she (Donna) really took great time and care. She did a good job of cutting back the cuticles and dead skin and removing the calluses. I've had the pedi over two weeks now and my feet still look great. Would I spend my own money on this? Maybe. I could see myself coming here once a year to get my first pedi of the season but that's about all I can afford. read more

I was having a hard time finding a quality nail place by me that have good manicures. Mani & Pedi was recommended to me and I'm glad I decided to book an appointment there. I'm super particular about the way my nail are done and how I want them to look. I'm extremely satisfied with my service there. The interior is also very sanitary and clean with a good interior design that's relaxing. Another perk is they give you a shoulder massage with a warm towel and have a homemade scrub followed by fresh aloe while serving water or tea. I just wish they had powder dip and maybe they will in the future, but overall very great place. read more

I received a gift certificate for my Birthday for a green tea spa pedicure. I am a part time resident in Piermont and was open to to trying a new place. I called and made an appointment. The person who answered the phone told me that the pedicure was 90 minutes total in time. 'I arrived at my appointment time and all of the pedicure chairs were filled. The manager asked me to wait and she would give me a manicure. I said no thank you ,to the manicure and ask how long the wait time ? The whole experience was confusing and I was on a time constraint. I was to be at work in 2 hours. I asked how long? She said 15 min. 15 min later another client gets seated at the new pedicure chair opening and I waited 30 min in total. I had to leave in an hour not 90 minutes . The price that my friend spent , $75 plus tip is 15% higher than other Salons. My other Salon at my other residence is far more professional, friendly and less $ for the same product. This experience was so disappointing on so many levels. 'Professional businesses that take appointments should honor those appointments and or call the client ahead of time and offer to reschedule. Clients have schedules too! Towards the end of my manicure, when the very attentive manicurist started using a homemade coffee/honey/sugar scrub I started to worry that I had unintentionally asked for a "spa" pedicure. Nope - the fresh homemade products are included in all manicures ($15) pedicures ($35). The salon is clean and welcoming, the service top-notch and the outcome: near perfection. The most clean and relaxing place to go for a manicure and pedicure. They use a clean plastic insert in the pedicure tub, that is removed and cleaned after your service. Fresh squeezed grapefruit and a homemade coffee ground scrub is applied for cleansing and exfoliation, it feels incredible! I always fall asleep during my pedicure:) Hot stones and clean, warm towels followed by a foot massage complete the basic pedicure. This place is amazing!! I called to make an appt for a pedicure, and they said it was really free so just come on in. When I got there, all the chairs were filled-- they thought the person who came before me was the one who had called. It was going to be an hour wait since they do such nice/long pedis- so they offered me a manicure for free, while I waited. It was wonderful. Both the manicure and pedicure included homemade lotions/rubs, and the attention to detail on both was insane. I had a great experience here. The staff seems to know many of their customers by name and Won (owner/manager?) can even remember previous favorite nail colors. I like that the tub liners are disposable and the products, polishes aside, are natural. The sugar scrub for hands and feet as well as the freshly squeezed aloe treatment for hands were both nice touches. I also got a heated neck and shoulder massage after my mani/pedi. I was serenaded with the "Happy Birthday" song by everyone in the salon, guests included, and it was a nice way to begin my birthday. Will never go to another salon since I've found this one. Everything about it is superb. The owner and staff could not be nicer or more accommodating. The "regular" pedicure is much more than any other I have had. They take their time with every step and your feet feel amazing. The green tea pedicure is a wonderful indulgence too. I get my upper lip and eyebrows waxed and it is done with extreme care to make sure every stray hair is removed and the skin is smooth.
