We asked the Tuscan hostess to call a cab while we were paying for our check. When we came out, a 15 passenger van was waiting for us! The nice lady came out to open the door for us. One star deducted because it appears to be a $5 pp flat rate, which is slightly expensive considering it was only 0.5 miles.

Three days before the wedding, my wife sent a text to confirm the reservation and received no response. I then called Cindy the day before the wedding and also received no response. When midnight arrived, no driver showed up. I called the number provided and spoke with a man who stated, "I am in Milwaukee, you are out of luck," and then hung up on me. This was one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I have ever had. Not only was our reservation not honored, but there was also no communication and no effort made to assist us when we were stranded. I would strongly caution anyone considering this company's services. If this is how they treat one customer, it could easily happen to others. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

We called a week out and found he was available. The owner and driver Chris was very easy and friendly to work with. He responded super fast to any questions we had. The party bus itself was just that, a party. It was very clean and well maintained. Great leather seats that hold about 14. Lights, music and sound system were great. There are a couple televisions in the bus also. After speaking with him about simple questions I had, he had done a lot of great work to it. I have been on a couple other buses that weren't up to par, but Chris stated he has reinforced the flooring and the stairs to enter the bus (usually the first things to rust out and be unsafe). The bus was very nice and the price was super reasonable. I would definitely call them again with any outing I have with friends and actually was already speaking to him about the summer outings my friends and I would like to do such as baseball games and concerts. He also informed us that he is all registered and very insured for rider safety. AWESOME COMPANY!!
