On Sept. 1 2023, I purchased Replacement Nasal Cushion for Apex Medical Wizard 210 Nasal Mask - Small online from CPAPSTOREUSA.COM LAS VEGAS NV for $39.98. When the product arrived, I opened the box and saw the pads were very unsatisfactory -- yellowed and extremely thin. I followed the return instructions, pasted below. However, I was told via email from "customer service" that "you have purchase a clearance item which are all sales final. " Nowhere in the return policy does it state this. I sent the items back in the same packaging -- at my expense -- and did not receive a refund. RETURN, EXCHANGE, AND REFUND Thanks for shopping at CPAP Store USA and our sister stores. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Have a question? Customer Service can be reached via email at info@cpapstoreusa.com or by phone, at (888) 512-7278 from 9am - 5pm, Monday thru Friday, EST. It is our goal to ensure that you are 100% completely satisfied with your purchase of any of our products. Please contact us with any questions or concerns. We were in Las Vegas, and when I unpacked the CPAP machine the previous day, I found that I'd forgotten the head gear. So between congestion and the fear of both dying and keeping my partner up snoring, I had a rotten night. The store was close to the hotel, and Susan was welcoming at the get-go. She showed me pricing options and allowed me to make sure the fit was correct. We were out of there in minutes, giving us more time to lose cash at the craps tables. I got a night's sleep, and so did my partner.

The CPAP Store rubutted my prior review by claiming that the product is compatible with my CPAP machine. it is true if I use it as a stand alone machine and purchase an unspecified adapter. I did not pay $179 for a product that doesn't attach to my CPAP machine and has to be operated manually, instead of being able to be set run automatically. I understand not being able to a respiratory product that has been used, but simply opening the box should preclude a return. Who returns a product without even opening the box? In my opinion, this is a no return policy. read more

This is a Fantastic store. My travel Air mini had a hose connector break and I am going on a trip tomorrow. My size Small CPAP mask just wouldn't fit right and the solution was to buy new headgear. The one that came standard with my mask was just too small. Since this was an online purchase I started a chat with Suzan. She advised I buy the Large size and she was right! The mask now fits perfectly without being too tight and there are no air leaks. The price on the headgear was also great and I received the headgear in about a week. read more

These folks sell equipment. They do not meet the expectations of must doctors when getting sleep study package. The one time test is supposed to come with a reading of the results... they don't do this. My doctor had choice words for their behavior. Just know you're getting equipment only. Have a new ReaMed 10 Autoset, Machine works great. My first business trip with the new CPAP, I forgot to insert the rubber lining in the water chamber lid since I have a SoClean that requires a different lid. When our ordered bed comes in, he'll even swap it out seamlessly. Customer service like this is almost unheard of anymore, but not here. My Doctor's office has been struggling for months to get new machines and they told me "oh the 14th". They didn't come the 14th and also they couldn't tell me if they would get enough for all the patients on the list. Also they had to schedule teaching for the machines which could take another week to schedule. I haven't slept properly in who knows how long (I had a stroke in April but we think it was even before then). I was fed up. Drove from Temecula, Ca to Las Vegas, NV to the Cpap store located there. It was well worth every mile. Suzzane was very knowledgeable and I soon as I showed her my rx, she found me the perfect Cpap. We talked masks, care and cleaning, and where to get more supplies. I was out the door in less than an hour. I know I'm gonna have to argue with my insurance for reimbursement for not using the machine my doctor ordered, but I was done not sleeping. Scott at the CPap Store in Las Vegas is a god send! I was attending a conference in Los Angeles and forgot to pack my head gear. Scott tracked down what I needed and had it ready to be picked up by my "Task Rabbit" driver! The LA store forgot to pack all the pieces :( But just like Scott promised, the forgotten pieces were mailed to my house were there when I got back to Seattle. I don't know what the Las Vegas store acts as the switchboard for the LA store...but Scott pulled it off! Thanks again so much! read more

I met with Susan and ended up buying a traveling Airmini Cpap that became my life saver. Susan was great in demonstrating the Airmini to insure that I felt comfortable using it. They also referred to me to where I can get the report dowloaded to complete the requirements for the DOT medical exam. Usually I don't write reviews, but this store worth it. They are great. Very helpful! Other stores, don't have all supplies in stock, you always need to wait for them to order it.
