Then my side panel on the passenger side cracked and I didn't even know how it happened, but I called them and they had a reasonable job. They quoted 300 but the side panel glass came was beveled and didn't fit and he told me they'd have to order another one which was actually a Mopar panels window and it was $100 more and I didn't care because it also had a flag on my side panel glass and I had an extra one and they added it on it didn't go any higher it did. It was $450 just with the extra work and I will still happy and I will still go back to them anytime anything happens to my windshield for side panel windows

Adhesive application was perfect. Other than a different glass label, it looked factory on all three vehicles. One vehicle had HUD and whatever the sensors are at the rear view mirror. The HUD was clear and all of the sensors worked as they should. Then I even asked about a price for a windshield for a vehicle I didn't own. They came to my work to fix a very small rock chip on my…read morewindshield that now I feel like I should have left it alone because it wasn't big or noticeable, but the repair ended up turning into a full windshield replacement. My car had been sitting in the heat and it was very hot that day and I even suggested moving the vehicle into the shade before starting the repair. I was told it wasn't necessary because they would cool the windshield down. After I did my own research I found out that you should move a car into the shade and allow enough time to cool down the windshield. I went Wednesday to speak to a manager about my concerns but he wasn't no help. He said that they do repairs in Arizona in extreme hot weather and they follow cooling precautions but after reviewing my cameras at work, the technician only cooled the chip itself not my whole window. She cooled the small area for about 10 minutes and then proceeded with the repair while the rest of the windshield remained in the sun. Unfortunately, the chip spread into a large crack during the repair. I understand there is always a risk that a rock chip can crack during repair, but I was disappointed that my concerns about the heat were dismissed. I was left wondering whether additional precautions, such as allowing the entire windshield to cool or moving the vehicle into the shade, could have reduced the risk. What made the experience even more frustrating was feeling like my concerns weren't taken seriously afterward. I expected better communication, more transparency, and greater care when working on something as important as a windshield. I hope this feedback encourages the business to take extra precautions when performing repairs on hot days and to listen to customers' concerns.

A new windshield was quoted near $2,000. I was hoping a fix would suffice so I found Abril on Yelp and reached out. He asked me for pics and said a repair would work. Came out early the next day, made things better (don't believe those who say 'crack will disappear', it's a bit optimistic). Crack now is nearly invisible, as expected, and saved me a bundle.
