I got my daughter's screen repaired on 10/12. I was told there was a warranty on the screen. I told it back because the screen was cracked again. I was told the warranty did not cover the screen being cracked. I feel this is a misrepresentation of the warranty and am unhappy with the service. He offered to take off $15 off the $70 but that's the best he could do. Considering that he took the time to say there is a warranty, it should have been replaced. I would not do business with them as I feel the warranty was misrepresented. read more

DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE TOUCH YOUR PHONE !!!!!!! Before I went I was told this is the highest quality replacement screen on the market by an associate. It was so bad after getting it replaced (lag in the phone screen, quality of the screen) that I had to buy a new phone. After I sent them bad feedback, the manager called me and told me they would order a higher quality screen for me (when they previously said it was the highest quality???? I'm confused) I asked for my money back because I bought a whole entire new phone because they screwed mine up so bad. Now I'm being told they will "refund" the $100 I paid but there will be a $35 service fee and they want the screen back??? I'll save my time and my $65. I dropped and cracked my iPhone 6 at the worst possible time, and needed it fixed ASAP. I got to CPR right before it closed (yes, I'm the worst), but Josh and Amin didn't turn me away. I had the worst experience today at the Plano location on 1941 Preston Road. The Manager there, Phillip should NOT be in a Management Position. We initially went to them a month ago when my sons phone was smashed on the corner and cracked the screen. The other nice employee, Jared assured me they could bend back the bottom corner of the phone with a special metal tool and then put the new screen on. Well they did and it looked great until about a few days later it started to discolor/peel back in the middle left of the phone. I took it back today and Phillip would not honor the warranty because Jarred no longer worked there so he couldn't vouch for what he told me about their warranty system. He later then said he would go ahead and repair the phone after I explained to him this didn't make sense because their warranty is crystal clear on the bottom of my receipt! He then spoke with my daughter over the phone who was upset (because they weren't going to honor their warranty) and then all of the sudden 'changed his mind' and didn't want to repair it because my daughter wasn't 'nice' to him. He handed me back my phone and said 'are we done now? Do not take your phone here and save yourself the 'warranty scam' grief they claim to offer! One of the other employees, James followed me to my car to apologize on behalf of his Manager (Phillip) due to his rudeness and said that he should't be a Manager. read more

This place will rip you off, do yourself a favor and stay far away, especially this specific location. They will snow you about what a great job they will do for you, they will say they can do the job in a few hours, keep your phone for 4 days, charge you an insane amount of money, and give you back your phone is worse condition. You will take your phone in for a cracked screen and end up with black spots and colored lines permanently in your screen display as a result of poor repair work and defective parts. read more

This place is a rip off! I needed new glass and paid $215. They installed glass not meant for an Apple phone. Took the phone to Apple store and got the right glass and home button fixed for $129. read more

I brought my phone in with water damage and was told the initial attempt at repair would take two hours. I asked that they email me with an update right afterward since I didn't have access to a landline at home. Instead, they emailed me five hours later saying it needed more work. They had told me the $60 fee could be applied to additional work/parts later on when I dropped it off, but their email said it would actually be another $120 dollars. I emailed them three more times over the course of six business days and have yet to receive a response that way. I was having trouble accessing my voicemails remotely, so my husband had to call for updates. The last time they spoke they told him it couldn't be repaired, then called right back and said they're actually still working on it. He had given them his phone number multiple times, but they were still calling my number for whatever reason. The communication with this repair shop was terrible. They didn't use a contact method that worked for me and failed to provide updated time estimates. read more
