First of all, they respect the rules of social distancing by making sure they all wear masks and no more than three customers in the building at once. On top of that, they take the care to speak to what the problem is with the phone and what they will do to fix the problem. End of the story is, after being repaired, and it's been over a month, both phones are perfect with no issues. I feel better knowing that if I break my expensive investment, there's a place that will take the time and provide an excellent service to repair my investment back to normal. The technician at Fix Plus was able to repair my phone in a jiffy. It looks good as new!
