This salon is incredible. During this pandemic is broke my arm and couldn't take care of my hair. It got to the point that I was so ashamed of how I looked that I was afraid to get my hair done. But, I thought I had to try something to lift my spirits. I made an appointment and walked in with my hair in a baseball hat. The staff was kind, compassionate and made me feel so comfortable. Alex was my stylist and did remarkable things to put me at ease. She listened to how I felt about my hair and made sure she understood what I needed. I'm so grateful that I decided to try this salon because I left feeling like a new woman! As women, I feel that "self care" is critically important to our emotional well being. This salon gave that back to me. It is incredibly clean, open, and dedicated to customer service without being stuffy or pretentious. The prices are reasonable and you get what you pay for! CR salon did my hair for my wedding and knocked it out of the park! They also did my wedding party's hair, 6 very different bridesmaids all with different hair and individual tastes. I couldn't have been more happy with the way our hair looked for the big day! I would like to give to give a huge thank you to Ana, my stylist. We went through a two hour trial and didn't find the right look for me. She was so patient with me while I cooped with the fact that my hair can not hold a curl. On the morning of the wedding I was so nervous my hair was going to be all wrong. She calmly listened to what I wanted (completely different than what we had practiced) and went to it. She nailed it! I had braids, twists, low curly bun with a "soft" elegant look. I felt so beautiful AND it lasted all night! Which is really saying something because I danced really hard for hours!! I had the best facial with Cindy at CR Salon. It was more than a facial. It truly was an experience. From the warm, comfortable table to the hand and arm massage to the gentle lymphatic drainage to the mask which made my skin feel wonderfully alive. I worked with Katie M from CR Salon twice, and she's great. I loved my hair color and cut. She is also great to talk to, especially if you need a book club recommendation.
