The reviews are right. Mary and I both thought the Fish and Chips were outstanding!! And huge portions, crispy, crispy fish, and tasty fries and green beans. These are not your standard heavily breaded fish fillets, no I'm talking large and very thick pieces of haddock in a thin breading batter. Delicious!! More than I could eat. Crabby Bills is right on the water, it's a great location. Food was good, service was great. We had Logan as our server and he was absolutely great. We needed a place to stop on the way back to Orlando and we saw Crabby Bills and pulled in. We're not big seafood eaters but the salads and chicken are good as well. Nice local restaurant on Lake Toho with outside seating and large windows for those wishing to dine indoors with a view. Happy hour drink specials with nice pours. Recommend their clam chowder as a starter. Fish tacos are amazing. Family friendly. A great park nearby for the kids to play before and/or after dinner. A splash pad is a little farther down the path if you fancy to make a day or night of it. read more

The serving staff is disappointing, usually getting my order wrong or rarely checking on the table but overall enjoyed this restaurant and would go back. I am a local, and my family and I absolutely love eating here any chance we get. We have ordered MANY of the items on the menu, and everything has been absolutely delicious! The view while eating outside is spectacular, especially during the sun-set. The outdoor entertainment is such a great addition...makes you feel like you are on vacation, on island time! My son and I just stopped in for lunch today, and our server was Emily. She took such great care of us, we didn't need to ask for anything! This is our go-to when out of town visitors here. Great atmosphere, staff so friendly, and they welcome dogs! Ours got water, treats, and attention from our server. It can be a little slow getting food, but it's so nice sitting on patio and enjoying the view. Food is good, not necessarily excellent, but haven't had anything we wouldn't order again. We live Down the street and keep getting disappointed. While the drinks are good and the view is amazing the food is awful. I love to eat out and love eating out side but I can no longer beg my husband to give it one more try. I really don't get it because it's the only thing like the view and atmosphere around here. My parents live next to the lake and we have been coming to crabby bills for years! Love this place so much! The fish is very fresh my favorite thing to get is the clam chowder and the shrimp tacos! I haven't tried the gator nuggets but I heard they're very good! They also have live music sometimes outside and you can watch the boats on the water! read more

I was very unhappy with the eating experience here. We were seated right away, but from this point on, service was a downer. The server was slow, food was not hot and taste lacking. I had clam chowder that was bland, not much in it and barely warm. The Crab Spinach Dip was tasty, but the chips were salty. I had the Fish and Fries with sweet potato fries. The fish was tasteless, so I used the tartar sauce, which I never use. The sweet potato fries were alright, but again not hot. The green beans tasted like they came out of a can. Other diners were seated after us, got their food before we did and left long before we were able to. Our server, the bartender, spent more time talking to those at the bar and never engaged us in conversation. I definitely will not be back. read more

Not enough spices, the sausage tasted like a hot dog and although the waitress told me it was a pound of shrimp, it was barely a half pound. Had key lime pie for dessert. Good but not great. This place is only good for the atmosphere. The food is so-so and the staff is pretty flighty. I've never had great service here and more often than not the order is wrong. The waitstaff will fix the error without issue and they are always friendly but the food could use a little help. Never go to this restaurant. My boyfriend ordered the key west combo and it was brought out with cold and undercooked shrimp. When brought to the manager's attention she took the shrimps skewers back to the kitchen on the plate with the rest of his food. The skewers were returned cooked, but the rest of his tuna (half of it) and the hush puppies were not returned. Despite only getting half of the meal returned we paid for the full entree. My boyfriend had tried eating 3 of the undercook shrimp (because he felt so bad saying anything at all about his food) and now is violently ill, ruining our vacation. Him nor I have ever gotten this ill from a restaurant, nor have we ever had half our meal taken and not returned. We are not ones to complain about restaurants but have never had this kind of experience. read more

Crabby Bill's is the most incredible seafood spot, right on the water in St. Cloud. Located in the lovely Lakefront Park, and overlooking a gorgeous little marina with sunset views, this restaurant surprises you in all the best ways. They have a beautiful open air patio featuring live music, delicious beverages, and some really great crab legs! Their Bairdi crab legs are some of the sweetest I've had. The portions are generous, service is fast and friendly, and there's a casual vibe that's perfect for a date night, or drinks with friends. It's also a family friendly spot that would be great to bring kids to. I'm so glad this is a restaurant close to my new home--I'll be dining there for years to come! read more

We have not been to Crabby Bill's for more than a year. They have an incredible location nestled between the St. Cloud Marina and Lakefront Park with a beautiful view over the lake. However we had nicknamed the place "Crappy Bill's" because of the consistently declining quality of the food. My wife wanted to go just to watch the sun set over the water, so we decided that we could endure the food. Were we surprised. Wow, have they turned this place around. We were a little surprised that there was actually a wait for seating and the restaurant was about 80% full. In fact we were unable to get a patio seat. We only waited about five minutes. My wife had the Mahi with shrimp skewers. The shrimp looking delicious and it was. The mahi was a little overcooked and I pointed it out to our server. She went to get yhe manager who came out quickly to apologize and to tell us that she had another filet on the way. The replacement filet arrived in minutes and it was grilled to perfection. I had the Bairdi Crab and shrimp bucket. I am familiar with Bairdi crab and wondered when I ordered if it was really Bairdi or if they were going to try to pass off snow crab or brown crab. Let me tell you it was the delicious sweet taste and easy extraction that only comes with Bairdi. This crab is so sweet and delicious that I was transported to a sacred and divine dining experience. My portion of crab was four nice-sized legs, a very meaty claw and a segment of the body. And every bite was better than the one before. I had about 10 large wild-caught red shrimp that were scored for easy peeling. Everything was steamed to perfection in just the right amount of Old-Bay seasoning. After this meal Crabby Bill's has gone to the top of my list of places to eat. I am going to try to talk my wife into going back as soon as tonight. I had to compliment the manager on the turnaround. She explained that she arrived about a year ago with a commitment to deliver a dining experience equal to the fantastic location. She ain't never lied. read more

My wife and I stopped in just before noon on August 5, 2022. We had the place to ourselves for an early lunch. We sat inside with a nice view of the lake. Krystal was our server and she was excellent. Ask for her by name! She is from the local area and tell you all about the history of St. Cloud and the surroundings. Our draft beers were cold and our lunch items were delicious (fried shrimp and Cali chicken sandwich). This restaurant is military friendly, as is Krystal. We pass our discount onto the server. On the way out we saw that the Lobster special was $57.99. Prices for seafood are pretty high for many items, but these are the times in which we live. Had the fried shrimp dinner. The shrimp tasted a bit off like a wierd spice was used. I finally placed the wierd flavor as ammonia and the last shrimp just reeked of it. Flash forward 5 minutes and I was running to the restroom to puke up my lunch. I quickly paid and left hoping to make it back before I had to puke again. I googled ammonia and shrimp and the result was spoiled. Sad to say this is the last time I eat at Crabby Bill's except for the origional family owned location on Indian Rocks Beach. read more

I had the shrimp and grits which was very good. The grits were delicious and very cheesy with a generous amount of shrimp. The others had the crab legs and loved them. Been coming to St. Cloud for 5 years now and I finally decided to try Crabby Bill's. I must say that I was impressed. I checked on Yelp first and they were 100% correct. First it was packed! Probably 200 people inside and out. So, if you're going for a quiet intimate dinner don't go there during peak times, but I loved it! Children, large groups, young and old. I could tell they were all having a good time. Considering all the people there, they ran very smoothly. All cheerful and helpful. Servers helping each other out. I think there was a band outside. Servers were all great. High energy! I loved watching other people get their meals.......some served in buckets and some in bigger buckets. I'd yell, "I should have gotten that!" Hubby had the crab and corn soup and he loved it! I got the Key West platter.(or something like that).......and it was to die for! Mine didn't come in a bucket though! :( Definitely will go again! read more
