NO.... Absolutely not and never again... Service throughout was awful. From start to finish it was terrible. A group of 4 of us stopped in for breakfast and placed ourselves on the waitlist via their website. Upon arriving we checked in at the host stand and were told it would be a 10 minute wait. After waiting an hour and being told we were next numerous times we finally were seated... we were told we never checked in at the host stand but we clearly did.. 3 times.... now after ordering to get your food? That was another hour... a breakfast outing should not take 3 hours... Ouff... Now to the food... I really didn't think breakfast food could truly ever be that bad, well... unfortunately I was wrong. The standard here is questionable. 'Edible' maybe? I felt extremely nauseas while eating the eggs. The pancakes? Pass... TBH just pass on this establishment completely. I'm trying to find something positive to write and unfortunately I've got nothing..

This was my first time every trying Cracker Barrel and I was pleasantly surprised at the taste of the food. This location does not take reservations so we joined the waitlist around 15 minutes before we arrived and waited around 15 more minutes until our table was ready when we arrived. While you wait for your table, there is a whole store of toys/clothes/decor that will keep you occupied. After we ordered our food, we got our dishes within 15-20 minutes. I highly recommend any dish with pancakes and fried chicken. Although I might've gained 5 lbs after eating here, it was well worth it. The pancakes have a lovely crispy edge (likely because they're fried in butter) and fluffy inside. AND you get free mini syrup bottles which are so cute. Nothing special about the eggs and sausage that came with it. The fried chicken has a perfectly salty and crispy coating with tender, juicy chicken. Since it was our first time, we joined their rewards and got a free sharable. The fried pickles were fresh and had an addicting taste. I can see myself coming back here again.

The creamy cole slaw was very good. I appreciate the option of Mobile checkout from our table. That is so fast and efficient. I was disappointed in the ham dinner. The ham slice I was served was so dry I couldn't believe it .After 2 bites, I set it Aside and took it home with me to chop up and add to a home made salad. Lastly, the biscuits were disappointing. I expected a light fluffy, warm biscuit. Our biscuits were none of those. The corn bread was good. I averaged out a 2 star rating from me with a 5 star rating from my husband who had a different meal than me.

Happy Father's Day! Or so we thought. We arrived at Cracker Barrel around 9am. I checked in online and the text told us to check in with the host when we arrived. So we did just that. My name was all the way at the bottom but I showed the host which one it was exactly and I thought she did what she had to do to check us in. Turns out, she did not. We were told it would be about 10-15 minutes. After 20 minutes, my mom went to the stand to complain. They told her that we would be called soon. 20 minutes later, we complained again. Turns out we were never checked in. The manager was up front and he agreed to sit us down. Long story shorter, we ordered finally. An hour and a half after we arrived, we were eating. The food was meh. Definitely not worth waiting that long for. Sad to say we will not be visiting a Cracker Barrel again in the near future.

A nice spot for a value oriented meal filled with comfort food. This location is like other similar Cracker Barrell locations that I've been to where parking is plentiful, there's a large store as you walk in, the menu covers a large range of comfort foods from breakfast to fried chicken to meatloaf, the decor reminds you of country elements, and service is friendly. The food here is prepared pretty consistently. Hot and to expectations with big portions and familiar flavors. I generally enjoy getting the breakfast for dinner here but find that the savory options, particularly the fried chicken, to satisfy cravings. Sides here really remind me of well done Thanksgiving food and are well priced and plentiful with every entree. Overall, you can easily get a filling meal for a very reasonable price here and have a great time with friends and family in a cozy setting.

My husband met some friends here and brought me home dinner from the Cracker Barrel Old Country Store. I got the The Cracker Barrel's Country Boy Breakfast (Starts with three farm fresh eggs* and choice of two Breakfast Sides plus Sirloin Steak Tips. Comes with Buttermilk Biscuits and Sawmill Gravy). I got the pancakes and fried apples as sides. I was charged for the side of pancakes. The biscuits did not come with gravy. There was an issue with getting my food order on time and another issue with being able to take payment which delayed my food getting home warm. I was forced to microwave several items so that they would warm when I ate it. The eggs were scrambled and fluffy. The apples were cinnamony. The pancakes had nice, crispy edges. The steak and biscuits were tasty The food gets five stars. The service needs a little improvement. I recommend Cracker Barrel Old Country Store.

Love Cracker Barrel and always try to go when there is one near me while traveling. The one closest to my home is about an hour. This time I tried the country fried steak with mashed potatoes, mac n cheese, and a corn muffin and biscuit. Delicious. In the past, I usually order breakfast but their menu has so many options so I decided to switch it up. The decor is always fun to look at plus the gift shop has so many goodies.

Waiting in the queue at this place is annoying. Their system is flawed. The seating was terrible. They gave us a table for only 4 when there was 5 of us and there was not enough room to eat comfortably. Our server was amazing! We ordered chocolate chip pancakes from the kids menu, 3 people ordered the fried catfish, and I ordered the country fried steak. We also ordered an appetizer and they did not even give us small plates to share the appetizer. The unsweetened ice tea was unnaturally bitter. If my mom didn't love Cracker Barrel so much, I would never come to this place.

I've been to many different locations and each one I always had a good experience. Service was always attentive, drinks were refilled, and food brought out hot. I took my dad out for early Father's Day. I ordered grandpa's country fried breakfast. I had scrambled eggs, chicken fried chicken, fried apples, biscuits and gravy. Eggs were fine. Hard to mess up eggs. Chicken fried chicken was good but it could be a little more tender. Less crunchy. Biscuits were soft, not rock hard. Gravy was tasty. Plenty of parking if you go on a weekday morning for breakfast. It may be crowded on the weekends. Portion sizes were generous.

Grandma's platter..pancakes..spicy chicken sausage with eggs and grits.

The frappe was also really good. My friend ordered the avocado toast, which she liked, but her caramel macchiato was off at first it tasted mostly like milk with a little caramel. This place has gone through a number of makeovers over the years but it is decidedly a sports bar vibe where you enter the space and traditional restaurant in the back area. Overall a very casual and lively vibe. We waited about 15 minutes with a packed house and were seated in the restaurant portion in a very spacious booth. Our server was prompt, courteous, pleasant, and efficient--attentive but not overly so. The food was excellent with very ample portions at reasonable pricing with many options under $20. I will say they could skip the bread basket before your meal comes out and just put it into giving you a side with the sandwiches versus charging you $2 for each side added. That being said the food came out promptly, was warm, and very satisfying. Hopefully Chuck's keeps value for customers' hard earned buck in mind and they will continue to do well.

They also feature an extensive craft beer selection. I went with the seasonal Abita Bad Mother Shucker Stout, which was a fun nod to Mardi Gras and a solid stout choice for the occasion. For my entrée, I ordered the Mardi Gras Platter ($32.99). It included: * Choice of soup (I chose the seafood chowder) * Shrimp Creole * Jambalaya * Chicken Étouffée * Crawfish & Shrimp Monica * Broccoli The restaurant was busy, which is understandable for Fat Tuesday, but our food took quite a while to arrive. The soup was delivered at the same time as the platter. In my opinion, the soup should have come out first. Ironically, the seafood chowder ended up being the highlight of the meal--rich, flavorful, and well-balanced. Unfortunately, by the time I finished the soup and moved on to the platter, most of it was only room temperature. The items were layered and grouped together in a way that made it unclear what paired with what. The chicken was noticeably overcooked and lacked depth of flavor. It tasted as though Cajun seasoning had simply been sprinkled on top rather than developed into the dish. Overall, the platter lacked the bold, authentic Cajun flavor profile I was expecting. The Crawfish & Shrimp Monica was advertised as coming in a bowl but was served in what amounted to a cup-sized portion. The menu description listed Cajun Alfredo sauce, crawfish, crab, blackened shrimp, pasta, Parmesan cheese, and broccoli. After mixing in the Parmesan, I searched for the seafood components and found none--no visible crab, crawfish, or blackened shrimp in the pasta. I mentioned this to the bartender, who said they would bring some out to add in. A few minutes later, three Cajun shrimp were delivered. There was still no crab or crawfish. While the Alfredo sauce and pasta themselves were very good, the absence of the advertised proteins significantly hurt the dish. Had I ordered the Crawfish & Shrimp Monica on its own for $24.99 and received the same portion and lack of seafood, I would have been extremely disappointed. Overall, while the concept and menu sounded promising for Mardi Gras, the execution--especially at that price point--left a lot to be desired.
