We decided to get dinner last night here, we've gotten their cuban sandwich and philly hoagie before. And my kids have gotten some burgers, which I never hear a complaint about. But this time we decided to also get a loaded steak nacho and the chef salad, no ham and added grilled chicken and also a pretzel. The chef salad which came to $18.98 after I added the chicken, it was good except the long pieces of cold bacon, would have preferred the bacon chopped up. And while the salad was good, I wouldn't rush to buy it again, especially for nearly $20. Taste wise, it's no different in size or taste then I would get at a grocery store for half the price. The pretzel was buttery, well salted and delicious. $8.99 Worth it in my opinion. The philly cheese steak was good, my husband as always enjoy his hoagie, it was loaded with cheese and meat. $15.49 (he loved it) I left the worse for last. The loaded steak nacho looked like it would be a hit, everything came in separate containers so that you could load it up yourself at home without the chips getting mushy on the drive home. $18.99 While trying to separate some of the steak to crumble it on top of the nachos I found a hair wrapped around one of the steak pieces. So adding the steak was a immediate no for us, which was disappointing. We have gotten food from here at least 15 times but could be more and I can honestly say this was a first. So even though this experience wasn't that great, our other experiences here have been. Which is why I settled on 3 stars. read more

FIL wanted to meet here during our last day in town and I'm quite surprised with the current 2.5 star rating. It was a very quiet Monday afternoon during our visit and this looked like the kind of place that would be absolutely jammin' during nights and weekends. We all ordered a wide variety of dishes and each were really decent. Our server was the lone wolf on the floor and despite this, she was very attentive to us and the other groups that came in after us. It is very possible to be able to dine here on a budget if you plan around their daily specials. I can understand why FIL is a regular here. Been driving past this spot for over a year and finally got a sitter for the wife and I to have a date night. Outside of the business looked great, typical sports bar type vibe and looked newly renovate. Then we walked inside... The restaurant was celebrating its 40th anniversary, so one would expect energetic staff, some hospitality, and at the very least someone to greet guests and seat them at a table. Instead we sat there for 5 minutes waiting to speak with someone to no avail. needed up going up to the bar to ask the bartender if there was a host/hostess and couldn't even get eye contact from the bar tenders. My wife ended up making eye contact with two different servers who could not take the time of day to say someone will be with you in a minute. After work tonight I decided I didn't want to cook and saw Beef O'Brady's. I've been there before but it had been a while and the atmosphere and ambiance is always good. There was plenty of parking and no wait. I walked in and the place looked so different from the last time I had gone. They must have had a remodel because it was really fresh and and clean. The upholstery in my booth was so shiny and new and comfortable. The server, Jackie, came over promptly and handed me my menu and asked if I wanted to order a drink. I know that wait staff have to be pleasant but she he was so genuine and nice. I ordered an Angry Orchard hard cider and she left me to peruse the menu. There was a lot to choose from. Jackie seemed very attentive because she came over almost as soon as I put my menu down on the table. I ordered the Steak Garlic Melt. It was fairly busy and I watched my server stopping by tables and making sure that all her guests were happy. My food came out pretty promptly but there was only me so I guess my ticket was an easy one. It was hot and very fresh looking with a good amount of fries on the side. The plating was really appealing. To me that's important because I always eat with my eyes first and everything looked so appetizing. The fries were crispy on the outside and meltingly soft on the inside, just how they should be. The sandwich was really big. It smelled delicious. It was seasoned perfectly. The bread was toasted well. One bite, and it because an instant favorite. The meat was flavored well with garlic without be overpowered by the garlic and it was tender. I also had a side salad which was fresh and crispy. The dressing was pretty good too. While I was eating, Jackie came over a couple times, once to check to make sure I was enjoying my meal and once to ask if I wanted another drink. She was attentive without being intrusive. The meal was reasonablely priced and well worth every bite. So, just to sum up, great atmosphere, great food, great service and great prices. I went home well satisfied. read more

I only got a takeout order/ service was good bartender took the order / I got a cheeseburger and fries, I ordered extra crispy fries but they were pretty much not hardly fried at all and were cold and not because of the ride home. The burger was ok not great bland the toppings were pretty sparse 1 slice of onion and it was pretty old and flaccid 1 slice of tomato so small it was gone in one bite of my burger. We eat at "Beefs" about once a week. I've tried just about everything on the menu. Never - ever have I been dissatisfied with the food or service. All the food there is awesome especially the salads. Decided to check back in on Beef's and did our usual routine of ordering online and picking it up to go. This time everything went seamlessly. The ordering process was smooth and easy and the wings were fantastic. The Nashville Hot chicken wings are still our favorite and the fact you can get them cooked crispy and decide how much sauce you want on them is a huge selling point for us. Shout out to the Management at Beef's for listening and getting the previous online ordering issues resolved.. We will definitely be ordering here regularly again..!! We ordered Beef o Brady's thru Door Dash worth without tip, 167.91, that being stated when the food arrived the wings we ordered three ten pieces, two were undercooked and the other was overcooked and only had eight wings....Then the surf and turf were not even going to be eaten by my fish-loving husband because it was RAW!! we didn't order sushi..... Then to mine and my daughter's order, which was the fajitas....cold, undercooked, and yet smelt burnt! Never ever will I order from them agian and nor will I ever use Door Dash again without it being "cash upon delivery and tip as well" that way I can see the food and go from there. Server was preoccupied with leaving. Pensacola riptide beer tastes old, the chicken tenders on our cambo appetizer was burnt. The cheese quesadillas were cold, and the salsa was bland. My husband ordered a Cuban lightly pressed and it came out hard and smooshed. My steak tacos came out without the chips so she took them back and when I did get my food the tacos were cold and the chips smelt awful. My beer glass sat empty for more than 10 minutes as she walked by our table several times. When my husband finished his beer and set his empty glass next to mine. We finally got asked if we wanted two more. I do not think she would have noticed if she hadn't been bussing the table next to us. Not once did she ask how are food was. Just went to beef O Brady's. We have been going there for a long time waited for 30 minutes after told it was a 15 minute wait just to sit down and wait another 20 minutes never acknowledged!! Asked a waitress to help us and she said another waitress had our table! Finally left after waiting over 50 minutes without even a drink order! So if your going to drink it might be ok. But if your like our family and don't drink, I don't recommend this place! We got the boom boom shrimp and it was NASTY! We came in here for a big event. It was my cousins 21st birthday. They sat us in the back and basically forgot about us. The waitress came back maybe 4 times in the 3 hours we spent here. She refilled my water twice. We had several people in our group above 21 who were all disappointed by the fact that they couldn't get more drinks. They would have doubled our bill in drinks if she would have just let them order. But even with the slow service, the food was very good. My burger was cooked well and nobody else had any complaints about the food. Maybe have more than one waitress work a table with 17 people at it. 18% gratuity was automatically added to our check which I understand they do for bigger party's but when the tip ends up being around $40 I think two waitresses could have split it up considering that there were only like 4 other tables filled that night. read more
