1. When I entered the establishment, I was "greeted" by two hostesses talking to each other. My friend had to get their attention in order for them to notice us. We were directed towards the bar because we only wanted milkshakes. Great start 2. There were at least 4 servers/bartenders working behind the bar. What I mean by working is that they were all huddled in a corner talking to each other. It took more than 5 minutes to get their attention to just look at a menu. We ordered and sat down where we ordered 3. When the milkshakes were ready, the bartender placed the milkshakes down on the back bar in front of us without looking up. We stared at our milkshakes waiting for them to be given to us (we already paid), but we had to flag down the bartender so she would stop talking and hand us our milkshakes. She said "well i didn't know where you were so." This was by far the worst service i have ever received that I left the establishment infuriated and ready to write my first angry review. 0/5 just don't go. The first experience we had at this place was fun, friendly, and efficient. The second time I decided to bring my boyfriend's parents for a lively environment and good food. This time did not go as expected. The hostess was nice but not assertive enough to get our server. We sat patiently waiting to be acknowledged until 20 minutes passed and a member of our party approached a server to ask if someone could take care of us. She continued to chat with her friends instead of getting help, helping us, or getting the host. After another five minutes we decided to leave. It was a slow Tuesday evening. Probably the worst experience i have had in Binghamton. The food was horrible to the point we couldn't even eat it. Fried pickers were under cooked and terrible flavor. The gumbo was a can of something poured over rice and the chicken slider tasted like expired flavorless frozen chicken. Don't go here!!! read more

The food was ok the regular stuff with a little more extravagant toppings compared to plain Jane ketchup for example. The drinks were ok as well. I enjoy the food every time I come here. However, the service is usually very slow. I have waited 45 minutes for sliders and tater tots for two with a half empty restaurant. This, combined with the prices (quite expensive for the amount of food you receive), makes it a last resort spot for when the other downtown restaurants are too busy. read more

Went the first time today with a few friends and was Incredibly disappointed. First off the service was incredibly slow. The restaurant was half capacity at max and it still took over 40 minutes for our food to arrive. Milkshakes were decently good. The sliders and fries were underwhelming and often too salty. I have never felt gypped from a restaurant in Binghamton during restaurant week like I just did from Craft. The food tasted very good, but the pricing was unethical. Their deal was 2 sliders (about the size of a small fist), a side of fries, and a small sundae in a stryrofoam cup for 20$. Looking at their regular menu after eating here for restaurant week, a slider and fries came out to a dollar more than 1 restaurant week slider. I was also not filled up after my dinner, and really left disappointed. Usually, when you order sliders for dinner they come as 3s, and especially with their portion it was a no-brainer that 3 should be given. Again, all of their food tasted good, but I know it was not worth the price. Restaurant week is one of my favorite weeks here in Binghamton, and I now know not to come to Craft for that. read more

Great chill place to hang out. As the name suggests this bar has a great craft beer selection, especially for the area. Beers from local breweries as well as others from around the country. If you are aren't into craft beer they have Guinness for $5. And on Wednesdays after 8pm you can get a 32oz beer for $2 more than the 16oz price. The food is pretty good but it's basically a slider menu so it's limited to that, but the large variety of sliders keeps it interesting. The bar is not the cleanest and the decor is not exciting but the beers are good and priced reasonably. Better place for drinking and snacks than having a full meal in my opinion. read more

The Asian salad is so so good and so are the fries (although they're a little too salty sometimes). Although I think sliders are stupid, I enjoyed Craft. Their beer selection is amazing- yes it's pricey, but you get what you pay for. They have super premium beers that you rarely find at places in this area. I got 2 sliders which were quite good and tots which I loved- especially their special sauce. The service was just ok and the burgers came out warm but not hot, although they just opened and I expect service hiccups at this early stage from any restaurant. A great addition to the downtown Binghamton restaurants! Went for bottomless mimosas and Craft did not disappoint. A really fun and unique place for a drink and bite to eat. The taps are all different kitchen utensils. The atmosphere is friendly towards a gathering with friends or out with the family. My family ordered the special for Mother's Day. We arrived knowing it might take some extra time, and it did. It was, however, of no fault of the employees. They had all the pre-orders to deal with, plus as we waited we watched order after order come through from outside delivery sources. Modern upscale burger and milkshake spot! Very beautiful interior with a large bar carrying tons of craft beers on tap. Honestly, the sliders seemed very pricey. I stuck to one of the milkshakes, the Cookiez n Cream and it was definitely a solid milkshake. They are however made out to be "crazy shakes" but for the price I would've thought they would have more on them (cookies, heavy frosting, sprinkles,etc). Visited today for the first time and I will never come back. We waited nearly 20 minutes before our waitress came to take our order. I had to ask the hostess if we had a server or not. We then waited another 15 minutes before she brought our drink order. My husband and friends asked for extra crispy wings. Wings were absolutely not crisp at all. Tater tots were soggy. My husband and I were greeted as soon as we walked it and handed a menu .once I said we were going to get some things to go (we live about an hr away and wanted to bring home food there after a movie we went to see) the girl at the bar answered all our questions before we ordered (it was our first time there) we ordered and waited at the bar . Our food took a tad long to come out but not horribly long . When we got home I took our food out of the bag to see everything was packaged great in a sturdy box with the logo on it . We ordered the buffalo cauliflower to share but when I started to plate our food ,I realized they never put in the dip it was supposed to come with . Ranch dressing is my "thing" I always love to try out when we eat out so I was upset I didn't get to try it . My husband and I both really enjoy Spicy food but neither of us could finish our serving in one sitting due to how extremely spicy it was . I got the falafel slider (one of the many vegetarian options which excited me since I am a vegetarian)and it was so yummy ,very fresh and flavorful. I also got the bean burger but found that surprisingly overly spicy too. My husband got the pulled pork slider and wanted 50 more. He also got the chicken slider which he could barely finish due to it too being so spicy.We both had tots as our side and couldn't get enough of them they were seasoned great and had that perfect crisp on the outside and soft on the inside . As the wait staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, the food on the other hand needs some improvement. the fries were very greasy and the other dishes seemed as though they were just piled in bowl without being fully prepared. I wish someone would have told me the portion sizes. I am seriously never one to complain. I came here after camping all night in Ithaca with my boyfriend. We were really hungry, I'm GF, dairy free & vegetarian so I loved that the menu had a mix of both items. We shared a Sour Patch Punchbowl (which was really good), and then we got our food. I ordered the mushroom lettuce wrap slider. It was one small mushroom with balsamic drizzled on it and a piece of lettuce beneath. I wish I was exaggerating when I said I ate it in one bite. We were both starving, and seeing the portion sizes turned us off. I went back to my hotel room and ate food that I had packed in my cooler after. That's how hungry I still was. If I would have known, I would have ordered two or three different "sliders". But then again, would it even be worth it to pay that much for three little mushrooms? I loved the concept, loved the mix of the "types of food" on the menu. The tater tots were good & they did give a large tin full of them.
