The string art was such a fun experience. Got it off Groupon for a great price! Warning: it gets pretty loud when everyone is hammering in their nails. Also, I don't recommend bringing wine, even thiugh they had everything needed (opener, cups) but individual beer cans/bottles would be easier. The staff were friendly and overall we had a great time. My boyfriend purchased a class / project for each of us for our anniversary as a gift to me. I hadn't heard of Craft Nights before and was surprised to learn it was in our neighborhood. We planned ahead and brought our bottle of wine and had a wonderful time. We went on an open studio night, so I did the door mat project, and he did the string art project. If you are crafty or creative, the studio is so fun! There are so many supplies and fun things. Audra was our teacher and she was great! She was very friendly and welcoming but gave us space to get creative and do our own thing. Everybody at the class on the night we went was very nice and we got to chat with everyone. From looking at some of the other projects they had displayed and listening to them talk about what they have coming up, I'm guessing I'll be back soon for more fun projects! read more

Lol Well I feel like I can create things, but when it comes it to, I fail harder than those on Nailed It. I had been interested in String Art and wanted to make a one of the State of Arizona and came across Craft Nights and knew I had to go try it! I talked a friend into joining me and after checking out the calendar we picked a date and before we knew that the time had come to create! Once you check in you are shown where to go and honestly it looked fun and overwhelming. But once we were explained the rules and how to proceed it became second nature. I highly recommend Craft Nights for a group event! Our team rented out the facility for an acrylic pour corporate event last night and it was fantastic! I worked with the owner, Heidi, to coordinate the event and she was extremely responsive and accommodated all of our needs. The facility is great - the perfect set-up to bring your own food and drinks. We were all spaced out and felt extremely comfortable in the room. Cami, our art extraordinaire for the evening, had an awesome sense of humor and made the event very enjoyable. Hosted our company Christmas Party last night. It was so much fun!!!! There were about 22 of us and the 2 ladies running the string craft were helpful and made us all laugh!!! They had a table set up for our food and drinks, music playing and even changed it upon request. I brought a crockpot that needed to be plugged in and Beth moved some things around so we could plug it in. It's the little things that actually aren't so little, they make or break the experience. This was my first visit to craft outing to Craft Nights. We were there on June 1 for string art class and the entry fee was 5 nonperishable items per person to go to the Paradise Valley food bank!! Worthy cause for sure. I heard about Craft Nights through New Pathways For Youth. Thought it would fun, so I brought my youth and a friend and headed out on quite the adventure. The owners were there and were extremely helpful. We are planning on coming back in the near future for more crating fun. The atmosphere was bright and inviting, the people were very kind and helpful. My party of three had a fabulous time and hope that you check this Craft Nights hang out very soon. What a great little business! We attended a String Art party and had a blast. Our instructor, Audra, seemed genuinely happy to be there with us and really added to the experience. She was so upbeat and funny and helpful, and her music choices were ON POINT. Everything is very organized and set up for you when you arrive. You can bring your own wine, craft, talk with your friends, listen to good music, meet new people, go home with a fun project to display in your house, and someone else sets it all up and cleans it up for you! So I ordered a at home string kit (cactus, Arizona state or a paw print) from them and picked up. Opened my bag when I got home and the strings should be green, whites or colors like that to go with the theme of the string art. Well I got 2 pink and 1 purple WTF am I supposed to do with those? A cactus isn't pink or purple... so I called and complained to the lady and she goes well what do you want me to do? Ummmm you should have gave me the correct colors to begin with... it comes down to LAZINESS. Mind you I ordered this 2 weeks ago. They should have had the colors for people who ordered this to begin with. And she was extremely rude. I've been here before so I think it's kinda messed up that they treat their customers like that and especially REPEAT CUSTOMERS. I would have never spent $20 on this if I knew I wasn't going to get the CORRECT colors for this project. Now I have to make a trip to Michael's to spend more money on this project that I only got to do during the week when my husband is working. I will never be returning here again. MIND YOU THE STRING IS ONLY 50 cents how cheap can they be?? Also the pandemic that were in "support small businesses" Not this one. Rude and cheap. read more

Just had my daughters 11th birthday party here with 11 of her friends. I worked with Heidi to schedule everything and it was so easy. She was very accommodating and made the planning process a breeze. Erica was our instructor and she was AMAZING with the girls. The party was a hit! The class was hectic and rushed. I wanted a nice, relaxing night out where I could be a bit creative and have some fun. Instead I was incredibly stressed out, just incredibly tense. The instructor talked way too fast. I wasn't able to complete the tasks before they were already moving on to the next instruction. I'm not sure what the rush was since the class was suppose to last 2 hours and we finished half an hour early. Why she couldnt have slowed down and let everyone catch up is beyond me. And it wasn't just me, my table of 8 were all rushing to catch up. To be perfectly frank, I hated it and I will not be back. read more

This is the second time I have used Craft Nights and each time has been a horrible experience. The first time I did it in person and the teaching style was rushed and clumsy not fun or relaxing. Right now, since we are on lock down due to Covid-19, I thought I would try again. They advertised that the tutorial would be online so I thought that they could not screw it up with a terrible tutorial. However, Craft Nights finds a way! This time the materials were sub par. I ordered two string nail art kits and the colors were not what was advertised at all. There was no green string, which the template is for a cactus. And when I called to complain I was told that the selection is random and there was nothing I could do about it. Except the picture on display in the email I was sent clearly showed a green cactus. It also did not say in the description that the color choice would be random. I am at a loss for how terrible their customer service is. And during the middle of a recession, one which will only get worse, I don't understand how they can afford to antagonize their customers like this. I honestly don't know why I keep trying with them. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. This is the last time I will be giving craft nights a chance. read more
