Was waiting on receiving my card and still hadn't so initially went to one chase where I received zero solutions to my issues. Decided I would try one more Chase. From my initial call to leaving Rebeckah went over and beyond with compassion, customer service and problem solving. I even broke down crying I think partially from relief of someone actually willing to help me resolve my issue. She heard and fully grasped my situation, contacted the appropriate sources (Zelle) and when that didn't pan out in the appropriate time frame necessary, she brainstormed ideas for the best solution. Thanks to her out of the box thinking and patience with me and my situation I was able to pay my rent! Give her a raise! Employees like her are a gem!
