I made the mistake of using their measurements to order blinds for some windows. It was a total loss. What irritates me is that, prior or purchasing blinds, the 3 Day Blinds representative said, "Those measurements I measured will work. I measured for inside mount." i Took his work and ordered. He later came back and said, "Just my measurements will be off occasionally by like a quarter inch here or there but that's why I have all my orders remeasured by a tech." he also said, "Those would work for PRICING only." At no point did he make any of those caveats prior! Needless to say, it feels like they sabotaged me for not ordering with them. I lost over $2,000 because of this!

As if that wasn't enough, Today I see they ALREADY deducted the balance from my checking account and install wasn't for 4 more days out!!! I had planned on paying for the balance on a credit card but never was advised I could not. I NEVER pay for anything until delivered....No mention of their policy unless you read their 4 page contract! Buyer beware and read all reviews.

But I was coldly greeted just steps inside the main door by a design sales person, who took one look at concept picture I had saved off a nationally recognized website and immediately blew me off, he basically indicated without knowing me that bathroom pictured was more than I can afford. It was clear to me if you go to this place without a prearranged construction allowance from a builder they don't want to waste their time. I walked around their underwhelming show room, then left. I guess the next time I go to a place like this I'll have to pretend I'm their for a new construction with an allowance for a KItchen and bathrooms or at least drive up to the store in one of those overpriced European cars with a fancy name just to be welcomed and served.

I'm surprised by some negative reviews, as Debra responded quickly to our every question and concern. It can be frustrating, and took some coordinating and good communication, to furnish our condo from afar. When a few items were delayed, Debra even loaned us a king bed and sofa to ensure our comfort when we arrived. This gave us the chance to meet some of the Crate crew, who worked all day to unpack furniture, finish carpentry punch list, and hang two pendants. The electrician and carpenters were kind, caring, and consummate professionals. We are really happy and grateful for the Crate Interiors team!
