If you hike out far enough you'll find old abandoned houses and structures, which is honestly one of the coolest parts. It gives the whole place a bit of history and something extra to explore. Also great for horseback riding and a solid spot to bring food and picnic without dealing with crowds. Simple, quiet, and worth going back to.

Please be careful this area has lots of over grown horse tail grass, it is so harmful to your fur babies. I would recommend to come during winter and cooler temperatures.

So we know a good trainer when we see one - and Lucia is EXTRAORDINARY! She's knowledgeable, insightful, and incredibly positive. If you just want to learn enough about riding to be able to go out on the trail, she has some great lesson horses - and her facility, Creekside Equestrian, is right next to a huge tract of Conservancy land that's beautiful for trail riding. But if you want to become a serious dressage competitor, she can help both you and your horse learn and progress to reach your goals. We decided on this venue back in early March, and I communicated with Cindy regularly all the way up to my wedding day. She always responded promptly and answered any questions I had (and there was a lot). She let me go look at the space as many times as I wanted to plan things out and take pictures, and during those months they were working to add things to make weddings there even more magical. Our wedding was the first they had there in many years, from what I understand, but you'd never know that based on how smoothly everything went and how easy communication was with them. The ease of getting In-N-Out were pretty easy parking was $20 or $10 parked towards the end and it was only about a 3 to 5 minute walk to the entrance if you're walking slow. The place was pretty clean. People were cool and friendly. Definitely will be going back especially to the Yucaipa rodeo great event great vendors great food and drinks. If you haven't been here for a rodeo before, I would say come check it out. If you opt in to VIP seat and the rodeo in the afternoon, you actually start getting shaded around 2 o'clock at the bottom and then by five or six that shade goes up a little bit higher of those bleachers because the sun is blocked by the arena covering.
