Tanner offered me a discount for modeling for Xeomin injections in exchange for photos. We agreed on the price and we set an appointment for August. A couple days before the appointment, they contacted and informed me that they were more than doubling the agreed on price. After a little back and forth, they finally agreed on honoring the price. They then kept on canceling and rescheduling my Xeomin appointment and going back and forth. In November, they told me they were going to come to my house to do the injections but they never showed up. They ended up ghosting me and wasted my time. On top of that, when I posted the review on Google they lied and said that I had "significant massater atrophy" and they did me a favor by taking me and in and giving me a discount, which is total BS. I can't believe they would shamelessly lie like that. They also lied that they could not locate a client under my name, when I have text message records (attached) of them addressing me by my name. Lastly, they lied and said that a return trip would not be feasible when they were the ones who ghosted me on the day of the appointment.

I called the office and the front desk assistant Danielle sounded helpful so I made an appointment. The next day she sent an electronic form to fill out which I did, When I arrived for my appointment she handed me a clip board and asked me to fill out the same forms yet again. Then she said she could not find my Delta Dental number. I told her I had given my number and group number on the form. Then I met a technician who had me hold metal spacers in my mouth so she could take photos of my teeth. It was so complicated that she had to have another assistant help. Meanwhile while I am sitting in the chair a fly is buzzing around my head. The technician said she would take my blood pressure and I said it will be high and she asked why? I answered that I was dealing with a dental emergency with unfamiliar staff. In came another technician to measure my gums. The first technician recorded the numbers and then said they were appearing on the screen twice. Evidently, she had the wrong page open on the app and the gum measuring technician had to re enter the numbers. The horror of all horrors in came the front desk assistant asking me for my Delta Dental numbers again and could I while sitting in the chair email her the information!! In all my years of going to the dentist I have never seen this happen!! I told her that she could take a photo of my Delta Dental information from my phone and she did not want to do that. Then she said she could not reach my Delta Dental Insurance from the number I had given and could I get another number for her????? After all that the first technician took my blood pressure and it was high!! After a short while Dr. Shevchuck came in and asked who my previous dentist was. I said Dr. Fan and received no smile or nod just a faraway stare. Dr examined my teeth and said that I had spent a lot of money in the past on dental care. I already knew that. He said I had two back molars that needed crowns but I said was in an emergency situation wanting help with tooth number 6. He talked about taking care of that tooth but I never really knew what his plan was. He yawned during that time of talking to me about my teeth. The he wanted to know when I was due for a cleaning and I said in October. He prattled on about how canines or tooth number 6 was such a strong tooth and all I could think of was "But number 6 is a crown with a post" so his words were useless. I went to the front desk and they said because they could not verify my insurance they could not give me a treatment plan. I had no idea what the doctor was planning to do. I called the office on Monday around noon and asked if the treatment plan was available and got an "oh" comment and I will look into that. I waited a few hours and called again and Mercedes answered the phone. She called me back an hour later and then sent me the plan. Dr Shevchuck wanted to replace the broken crown with another post and crown and all along I had asked for an implant. If another post and crown are done then in a few years I will need an implant. Areal wast of time and money. Horrified, I called a dentist in Santa Rosa who could see me the next day for a consultation. He took one look at tooth number 6 and referred me to an implant specialist who I met the following day. Neither of these dentists were concerned about my other teeth and focused on the tooth that fell out. Bingo. As soon as I knew I had the right dental team who were both professional and served me with a smile..oh and both offices found my insurance immediately.... i called Dr Shecchuck's office to cancel. Now today they sent me a bill for $116.00 because I was late cancelling my appointment. Be smart and do not visit this office. Your teeth deserve a professional who is caring.
