Unfortunately, as many other reviewers have said, Dustin's business practices leave something to be desired. He ignored calls, ignored voicemails, was months late in getting our photographs and it got to the point that we had to retain legal representation to get him to finish the work that was contracted.

He threatened me that if I didn't give him the $100 back (claiming it was an administrative mistake), he would leave our wedding. It was so stressful.... He was very rude, unwilling to go over any details, and not very organized. When we received our wedding photos via mail (flash drive), he sent the wrong event photos (NOT OUR WEDDING). He then insisted that I had to physically drop off the flash drive at his location and pick up ours. When we received our photos, the lighting was bad, and the photos were awkward, candid shots. He did not take the time to make sure we looked good in them, which was disappointing. Additionally, none of the photos were edited or polished. It was like he just showed up, started snapping photos like a child with no care or professionalism, and then just downloaded them to give them to us directly. We had to edit our own photos, because he said we would have to pay an additional $1000 to get any edits. Also, our package included a final print, which he did not honor, so I had to go elsewhere to get a professional print of a photo of my husband and me (after we edited ourselves). I have never seen a photographer put so much heart into the work they do. She was able to make my wedding photos speak and I am going to treasure them for the rest of my life!!! I've thought long and hard about this review because we were really disappointed when we got the…read morepictures. We desperately wanted to love these photographers, and we did until the actual wedding day and when we got the pictures. They were very nice, but this is not a good choice for wedding photography. I was very meticulous with my planning and gave the photographers detailed schedules for the day with addresses included. Still, the photographer that was supposed to take pictures of the girls getting ready showed up at the wrong address and was over an hour late by the time she got to us. That meant, most of the pics that were supposed to happen before the ceremony didn't happen until after. Then, even though all the guys' pics had been done very well BEFORE the ceremony by the second photographer, the primary photographer insisted on wasting time redoing them after the ceremony. We tried to help the photographers understand some of the shots we wanted long before the wedding day, but they clearly had not taken the time to think through how to do some VERY simple requests so we didn't even get some of the pics we wanted. I specifically asked for one of the photographers to get a picture of my husband's face when he first saw me enter the ceremony and they didn't get the once-in-a-lifetime shot. Also, they took SO long doing pics between the ceremony and dinner that we were an hour and a half later to our reception than we should have been, our guests didn't eat until after 9pm, and some of our guests had to leave before we even arrived. Then, the photographers left at 10pm anyway, BEFORE I tossed the boquet or had any of our first dances, even though it was THEIR tardiness that made us run that late in the first place. When we finally got the pictures, I was very disappointed by the quality. The framing was awful and many times the people weren't even centered in the photos----and these were the EDITED photos. I haven't even looked at the non-edited ones yet. Thank GOODNESS we got the RAW files so my photographer sister--in-law can fix their mistakes. Very disappointed and very unprofessional. I do not recommend them unless you have the technology, know-how, and time to edit your own photographs and get the RAW files.
