This rehabilitation at Craig Hospital is great for some and terrible for others depends on your team and money it's unfair I was treated so poorly because I was given the WORST doctor dr Mayers he was not even present for the first month and a half I was there then appon his return he was insistent I had carpal tunnel and not two new titanium clavicles in my left shoulder blade I an broken up so badly and need many more surgerys to survive I was denied proper care as well as discharged with out a care team or the right medical equipment essential for my survival I'm dieing now at home with out the ability to even dress myself or shower they use the insurance companies all up and get millions in donations as if they were a non profit company it's the absolute despicable blood sucking vampireistic scam using the tragedy of people to profit to the max and leave the people in need out to die .their is so much more to my story I'm just extremely un well and don't have the energy to continue writing this.

Our insured son not worth the trouble.

This organization refuses to treat patients based on their high profit margin. Instead of accepting our son and his covered insurance benefits, they insist on us coming up with an additional $150,000 to cover an extended stay that THEY recommend. Insurance covers 30 days of treatment for our son's TBI, however, Craig refuses to treat him for the allowed amount of time because they want a full 45-60 days of treatment paid for. 30 days of treatment promises a life change recovery for our son, but because we are not rich, he will get no treatment at all and will be released from the hospital for us to try to rehabilitate him at home. THIS IS AN OUTRAGE! This is a commonplace happenstance with this organization. Their profit margin, and demand for an additional $100-150,000 means that any insured, but not rich, patient will be denied services. THIS FACILITY IS ONLY FOR THE ELITE CLASS. Unfortunately, it is the ONLY facility in the Western US that treats TBI this specifically. So, our 28 yr old son is refused ANY service, even though he has insurance that covers 30 days of treatment because they insist on receiving 45-60 days of treatment payment before even accepting him. Why won't they simply take him and treat him for what the insurance allows? Because it doesn't make them enough MONEY. Good on you, if you happen to be rich and injured with a TBI. For the rest of us, normal folks, TOO BAD.

I went in with a sore throat and was swabbed for COVID and strep, had a brief conversation with a PA and left with an Rx for steroids. The bill was $638. It cost $250 to walk in the door, the conversation with the PA was an additional $88, and the COVID swab alone was $250. It was billed as PCR (it was not, results were available within 10 minutes). After multiple phone calls and emails, the consensus with their outsourced billing department is that they don't know what they providers charge for and the consensus at the urgent care is that the rates are set by the outsourced billing department. No one reached back out to me. I don't even care that I waited 2 hours past my appointment time. I just can't understand how I could owe them almost $200 for such basic services when they already received well over $400. I would recommend asking them to run the numbers on anything they offer to do- could have saved several hundred dollars by letting them know I already tested negative for COVID at home on a $7 test.

I was also super nervous about getting a back adjustment but he talked me through it and it wasn't scary at all. Their facilities are also super convenient with parking, a bunch of equipment, etc. Would highly recommend!

Having a true health partner to tackle life's most important issues is the best thing ever! Not a once-a-year check up. I honestly can't thank NP Peter Yu enough. I had been struggling with mold toxicity along with a host of other symptoms and felt truly stuck, but he completely changed that for me. From the very beginning, he listened so well and really took the time to hear my whole story. Prior, I had seen my PCP, an allergist, and had countless visits to urgent care where they all could not find a cause for what I was experiencing, recommending I address "anxiety." On the other hand, NP Yu explained everything in a way I could actually understand, breaking down everything and helping me see the bigger picture of what was going on in my body. He identified the right testing, uncovered clear biological markers, and built a comprehensive plan to address the root issues. For the first time, I felt like I wasn't just being treated for symptoms, I was actually being cared for as a whole person. Because of his guidance, I've experienced dramatic improvements that I never thought were possible, and also genuinely learned so much. What really sets him apart is not just his knowledge, but the way he genuinely cares. I left every appointment feeling heard, understood, hopeful, and supported. If you're on the fence about functional medicine like I once was, I can honestly say NP Yu is the person who can help open that door for you. He's made such a difference in my life, and I'm truly grateful.
