There are no hidden fees, no nonsense. Full Review: After a lifetime of grinding and clenching my teeth, I was in real bad shape at the age of 40. I went from being outgoing, happy and confident to avoiding all socializing and feeling hopeless. On top of that, I was getting sick frequently because my immune system was constantly battling infections in my mouth. I didn't want to visit the dentist because I was so embarrassed by my teeth. I thought my only option was dentures, which I was not interested in because being a 40 year old with dentures would still be somewhat embarrassing for me, rightly or wrongly. I somehow discovered the existence of the All-on-4 permanent implant procedure and immediately started researching it. I decided I wanted zirconia implants because if you're going to do it, it would be foolish to try to save a few bucks by getting weaker and less visually appealing implants. My plan was to visit 3 or 4 different dentists, but the first one I went to was Dr. Kyle Polasek and I knew instantly because of his energy, passion, and experience that this is who I want to do the procedure. I should also point out that Dr. Kyle has a great team of ladies at this office. Morgan, Ashley, and Tiffany are amazing and made me feel even more confident that I was in the right place. I had the procedure done a month ago, on a Friday, and was back at work on Monday. I was expecting to be in pain for weeks but I had very little pain for just a few days. It's incredible. The best part is I'm already returning to my old self, even with just the temporary implants in. I didn't realize how much my poor teeth affected me mentally until now. Don't be like me and waste years of your life because you're embarrassed by your teeth. The was the best decision I've ever made. I will update this review when I get my permanent implants in, but for now I am 1000% happy.

It was determined that a $2,600 bite guard was needed to address snoring issues I have had for many years. Due to the cost of the bite guard, Dr. Banda's office approached my insurance company and obtained approval for work to begin. He has decided to only be in network with only one insurance company, meaning everyone that doesn't use that carrier has to pay out of pocket, and pay significantly more for the same services we have always received. Where my son's checkups didn't have any cost to me previously, they now have significant cost. And any work he may need in the future would cost much more. They began to make this change several years ago but then went back to taking my BCBS insurance in network. I spent a lot of time shopping for something they would accept, which just ended up being a waste of time. And now they have done it again. When I asked the staff why, the answer is that "Dr Jason has chosen to do this" without a single further word of explanation. The clear reason he is doing it: MONEY. He doesn't care that patients will leave. He's more considered about the ins and outs of insurance processing than he is about the well being of his patients.
