This is a small shop in the heart of Niagara-on-the-Lake and as soon as I walked in I knew I needed one of the caramel apples. The apple was juicy and the caramel coating was chewy and tasty and blended well with the chocolate and crushed cookies. They sliced it to make it easier to eat which was good. The store had a variety of other fine chocolates as well including homemade fudge, chocolate covered strawberries and an assortment of other chocolates.
