They took my call right away, said they understood my urgency and would see if they could get someone to me quickly. It turned out they were able to do so! The fellas they sent worked quickly and described the issue along with giving some tips on how to prevent the issue from reoccurring. By 1pm on Monday afternoon my water heater was back up and running! All told I was charged $180 and I'd do it again given the circumstances. He explained to me how to relieve the water heater bladder pressure once or twice a year and what to do if I had any issues with the pressure regulator. He is TOP NOTCH ethical, kind, professional and affordable. One of a kind. He was over $1,000 less (and in some cases over $2,000 less) than his competitors. A name brand...except he didn't use a direct vent heater...probably on the first one too. The unit went through a burner, which he replaced. It lasted about a year. The problem is he used a regular water heater, instead of a direct vent that he replaced my original water heater with. This is hazardous because direct vent takes air from outside. I reckon, I'm lucky I'm alive. For water heaters, not recommended. On the other hand, I've learned a valuable lesson!
