Lucky You Creative did a great job on our logo. People are always making comments on our logo and…read moresaying how much they like it. Their team is very creative, and patient as they work through the process with you. Their number one goal is to get you exactly what you want and they don't give up until you are 100% satisfied. Thank you Lucky You for your diligence and persistence while finding exactly what we wanted [even when we didn't know what we wanted]!

From the owner: LuckyYou! Creative is, well, creative. We think there is nothing more exciting than taking images…read moreand words and making them into graphic design that is memorable, intelligent and noticeable. We are a boutique graphic design team specializing in publication design. We have worked with many publishers over the years in many different genres. We know the ins and outs of publication design. And, because we work so closely with publishers, that gives us an insight into the process of publishing as well. This unique knowledge and experience makes us GREAT at what we do. We can tailor our services to the specific need of each publisher. We offer a range of services that include, regular design and production of your magazine/newspaper, ad design, pre-pressing supplied artwork, ad trafficking, pagination, redesign, templating, media kit creation, brand new start ups and more! Basically, anything visual you want to produce in the publication creation process, we can design. You can involve our services as little, or as much as you need. Plus, we are impeccably reliable and deadline oriented with that "mid-west work ethic" mindset. We have never missed a single deadline! Even though we are publication design experts, we are also great at other types of graphic design as well! If our schedule allows, we will take custom logo projects and other design projects. Contact us to see if we have time in our schedule to take on your next project!

Thank you Henry for creating such an awesome logo for my business! Communication was on point and…read morethe gentleman is very creative! Very impressed. I will be referring him to my business partners -Juan Eduardo Puga , Sol Off Sun Shades LLC

I am very disappointed to be writing this review as it has been a long 4 year business…read morerelationship. I started working with Henry before he started this company doing this work as a side job. Throughout the years early on it was a pleasure working with him as I could tell he really cared about my projects. I could tell him what I needed and it would get done within the time frame he quoted and the work was great! As my last review stated he was very easy to communicate with and anything you needed done he would go to great lengths to achieve it for you. It wasn't until this past year where I saw the quality of his work go down. On several occasions I would have to remind him about my projects I sent him only for him to say he forgot and rush to get it done. When I received the final project you could tell it was rushed and not thought out. I would hear reasons as to why my project wasn't completed because of personal issues. I would also hear from him that I don't pay him enough and that other people who pay more are a priority. Since I started with him early on I understand I am paying a lesser price and was happy to negotiate the rate as we did to make both sides happy but this still wasn't enough for him to take my projects seriously. Just recently I needed work done for a Thanksgiving promotion in which he completely dropped the ball on and did not send the project at all. I sent him several messages that went unanswered and I was not able to promote the promotion before the holiday ended causing me to miss out on providing my customers with a discount. I received a reply back after the holiday passed by Henry saying his father had surprised him for the holidays and he couldn't do it. The next following week I get an email from him basically saying that I only make up 2.1% of his yearly sales and that he can make more money working with other people leaving me to feel like my business isn't good enough. To put it in more perspective I own a coffee shop. I should only provide excellent customer service and a quality product to customers who come everyday rather than a customer who only comes 3 times a month is what he is saying. NO! That is not how business should be done. It doesn't matter how much a client spends with you what matters is that he is choosing to spend money with your company and at the end of the day that 2.1% still goes to your bottom line at the end of the year. You can't treat people this way. Just because they don't spend enough money with you doesn't mean you can devalue their business relationship. Everyone should be treated equally and given the same quality of work regardless of how much they spend with you a year. I hope this review serves as one purpose for Henry to understand how he has treated a loyal client of his. It was a personal choice to do business with you but if you treat people this way you won't have any business at all.
