My laptop wifi adaptor was acting up. Requested a quote through Yelp and Cactus Computer responded right away with an estimate. I went to the store and they looked at my computer and gave me 2 options. One for the estimated $62. and another less expensive option for only $25. I chose the external wifi for $25. He plugged it in and made sure it was working then only charged me for the adaptor. I was out the door and on my way home in less than 15 min. Now that's great service! Brought my son's laptop in because it would no longer charge. Turns out a small short inside was the cause. Dakota located the issue while we waited, ordered a new part, and despite the part arriving to him not as described, he was able to make it fit and get the laptop up and running.
