When signing up you either need a insurance or pay for their plan which is an additional $9/month. The location is very easy to find and Gerry was super nice getting everything set up and explaining all the processes. He was able to put some bottom pieces to lift up my storage (since in cardboard boxes) since the floor gets cold. Gerry clearly walked through how to open and close the locker. They mentioned that they do daily checks on the units for security and will call you if something happens. There are also cameras dispersed. Overall, it was super pleasant and efficient experience that I would recommend to anyone looking for a space for storage!
