Went in the ditch this morning to avoid a deer. Called AAA and they sent out Miller Towing. Tow driver looked at the car and said it was too far down in the ditch to tow out, Called his boss and left. Called AAA back and they said they could not help because it was too far in the ditch. Both companies worthless, Called another tow company and they pulled it out, no problem. Had to pay for it out of pocket. To hell with AAA!!! I'll be looking for some other company. Miller Towing responded to AAA call for roadside emergency for an accident I was involved with on 8/26. The car was to be towed to a body shop for repairs (in records at AAA). The driver for Miller Towing suggested we have damaged vehicle towed to Miller as, "we do repairs". He seemed nice and I trusted him so on his suggestion my wife an I agreed to this plan. I waited for an estimate of damages 6 days with no word and became concerned so called. The dispatcher informed me Miller doesn't do auto body repairs, and couldn't give confirmation my vehicle was even there. The next day we called AAA to have vehicle towed to body shop as initially intended (in AAA records). AAA called MILLERS and spoke with Mandy and was informed that our vehicle cannot be released until "storage fees" were paid. Further conversation with AAA revealed that tow drivers are not allowed to suggest any location for customers to have autos towed to. The driver for miller's not only disregarded this rule he also outright lied to me indicating service not even offered by Miller Towing company. And then Mandy, who describes herself as "co-owner" of the Towing company was insisting on payment of what can only be considered extortion, a sum of $450 as a storage fee ($50 per diem). Working through AAA (who has initiated an investigation into the matter) my vehicle is now released and at auto body shop. To conclude, high marks for AAA. As for Miller Towing, these people are liars and thieves and I would recommend everyone who drives steer clear of them. read more

When I called Miller Towing, LLC after having missed their initial call because I was still on the phone with AAA, I spoke with Joanna who was easy to speak with, helpful, and never made me feel rushed. The service vehicle driver, Anthony, was courteous, polite, knowledgeable, and a complete professional, through and through. Growing up with an uncle who owned an automotive repair business, I've been around hundreds of tow trucks in my life, so I can confirm that Anthony handled his vehicle and my four tows with the greatest level of skill and talent as I've ever seen from any flatbed tow truck operator. We called AAA about an hour and a half ago and we are still waiting for a tow truck to show up to tow my car to the body shop because it is overheating. This is the worst experience I've had with a towing company ever. I do NOT suggest Miller Towing to people! read more

TERRIBLE experience with Miller Towing, and a nagging long-lasting one at that. They lost our keys after an emergency tow just a couple of days before Christmas (4 months ago). Their driver insists he dropped off the keys at the dealership, but there's no proof of doing so -- and I'm not saying I know exactly what happened. Regardless, in January, they agreed to take responsibility and remedy the situation for my $165 out-of-pocket replacement cost (I provided them receipts just as they asked). They claimed they mailed me a $165 in mid/late January, but I never received any such payment. I had them mail it to me at a location in which all mail is recorded/scanned and there is no such record of their mail. They have no proof of a cashed check, and they almost certainly have zero mail evidence such as a returned receipt/signature. Since I didn't receive the check as promised, I have periodically called them over the past 2-3 months and they continue to change stories about their customer service reps/office managers, and they otherwise have largely refused to call me back. I have extensive documentation including texts, voicemails, and attempted calls -- plus easy evidence of a lack of returned calls to me. They are extremely dishonest and these folks add insult to injury with their lack of customer service and integrity. read more

My car was broken down on the interstate on a very snowy day. The roads were terrible and all service people were extremely busy. Having never needed towing service before I was totally out of my element. Called and was taken care of immediately. The operator ( sorry I'm terrible with names) couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. She went above and beyond in my opinion. We were picked up by the Millers and taken all the way home. A very nice 2 hour drive. Very nice people. Again, went above and beyond. Would never use anyone else. read more
