They do good work and are honest. That's pretty much all I ask from my mechanic. All of my experiences have been positive.

I had a really good experience with Classic Auto Factory and wanted to share it. From the start,…read morethe team was easy to work with, straightforward, and clearly knew what they were doing. They kept me in the loop the whole time, explained things in a way that actually made sense, and did exactly what they said they would. No runaround, no surprises--just honest work and solid communication. You can tell they genuinely care about the cars they work on and the people they're working with. That's not something you see everywhere anymore. Overall, I'm very happy with how everything turned out and wouldn't hesitate to go back or recommend them to someone else.

I brought my 1969 AMX to Classic Car Factory for a repaint and a few relatively minor items:…read morechecking the charging system, a tune-up, replacing the water pump, adding wheel spacers, and later replacing the wiper motor. I was quoted a 30-day timeline and I was provided an estimated cost & a maximum cost. Instead, the car was kept for 8 months and the final cost ballooned to 3 times the quoted maximum. Because the car was fully disassembled for paint, I had little ability to stop the project once it was underway. The results were extremely disappointing. The car was returned with scratches and damage to more than 30 areas of what should have been a high-quality paint job and mechanically, the car was in worse condition than when I brought it in. Parts were lost, including rare and difficult-to-replace trim pieces such as the rear window stainless transition trim and a trunk lid. The windshield and rear windows apparently were unprotected when removed and were reinstalled with deep scratches in them.(They claim that the scratches were in the windows when the car was brought in despite pictures proving the contrary). During repairs, additional damage was caused: the timing chain cover was cracked during the water pump replacement, the wiper motor bushing was destroyed and they could not find a replacement so the replacement motor could not be installed, and two sets of stainless steel drip rail moldings (approximately $1,000 each) were damaged and never reinstalled. The hood latch was painted so thickly it was not operational. Literally none of the requested repairs were successfully completed. After 2 months of back and forth after retrieving the car, they fixed the paint problems - I was unwilling to have them attempt to do any more mechanical work but I did expect them to replace the parts they lost or damaged. They have not. This experience fell far short in terms of workmanship, care, timeline, and cost control. They advertise the lowest hourly rate for mechanics - they should hire one. Their slogan "We can do that" should be adjusted "We can do that but not well". I cannot recommend this shop based on my experience.

There was two big scratches down to the metal and also the tires are too big every time you try to turn it makes a loud noise and little by little is chipping away parts of the truck. We can't even drive it. It's been in the driveway. We're having to take it somewhere else so he can even drive it to work. The owner is very irresponsible and should not be an owner of a business. He will not return our calls or messages about fixing the scratches and the tires that are damaging my husband's new truck. He keeps sending this older man to collect the cash, but he doesn't want to accept any responsibility to what happened to the truck? He should not even be in the mix of taking a transaction. This whole entire experience has been very stressful. We worked very hard and have businesses our self. We would never treat customers like this. This older man was acting like he was a victim, and we were expressing to him about what happened to the truck I wanted to check the inside and he locked it. I wanted to make sure there was no further damage and then he acted like he was gonna lock himself into the business. We had a pretty much just give them the $1200 with no receipt , the 6,000 cash we do have a reciept for the parts, myhusband could not drive it to see how bad the rubbing was. We barely made it home We took the truck to another mechanic and he looked underneath and the front differential was cracked and welded. Now we have to order a brand new one since it's a 2025 truck. Don't waste your money at this place. does not know what he's doing and the lift kit wasn't even the brand he said it was either He's a scammer.
