The car isn't a standard vehicle and so a lot of parts needed to be special ordered so I was prepared for a I 3-4 weeks process. Steve, my rep at Caiber, was outstanding. His communication to me and with my insurance company was consistent, informative and accurate. The repair work was excellent, as you can't tell anything ever happened to the car. He ended up quoting me $2,000 in damages, which I felt was a very high price and I was already put off by him telling me it's going to be expensive before even seeing my car!! Along with a full repaint, there were a number of small to medium maintenance things that needed doing, re surfacing the interior ceiling with new cloth, fixing some minor body issues, polishing and clearing up my head lamps. This company has worked on my classic cars for years. They fix Rolls Royce's, Bentleys,…read moreantique-Jaguars, and sometimes my farm trucks, etc. They completely restored a 1976 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ 40 for me, and it is absolute show quality. I find their prices to be about 20% below competitors, and if you take them your problem with insurance, they have all the claim for you and you generally keep your deductible in full. The same company has a used car lot, and they sell cars on credit. They get customers who don't pay their bill and end up getting cars repossessed. When that happens, that customer sometimes takes revenge by posting something negative about the company's body shop. When someone says this company doesn't return her phone calls, I think it must be a disgruntled credit flake! These people have great integrity and I have always been satisfied for the last ten years.
