When I bought this 2001 Toyota Avalon XLS at a dealership in 2009, the bumper had tons of scratches on it. Now they're completely gone, my car looks MUCH better than it had back when I bought it, and I hadn't even asked for anything to be done to the bumper since it hadn't been damaged by Midas and wouldn't keep me from passing State Inspection! All of the work he did on my car cost m-u-c-h less than any of the 3 auto body shops' estimates I had collected. Jerry really cares about older cars and is a nothing short of a real metal artist/metal whisperer. He's been working on cars since middle school back when auto body shop was an elective in public schools. He was restoring a 90-year old car when I first visited his shop and he was creating the parts himself as they're no longer available through suppliers. One could say that Jerry might have what could be called as an obsession with perfection and a very keen eye for detail, which are highly sought after traits in this business, defintely. Jerry also ordered new pin stripes for my car and will put them on for free when they come in at which time he'll also paint the exterior passenger rear door handle, which came in factory-black color, that Firestone put on my car after accidentally breaking the existing one while they were replacing my door actuator on the opposite side of my car from where damage caused by Midas occurred. When I questioned Benjamin, he could not provide any answers because he was in Mexico. He gave me $100 to settle any damages. Two weeks later, I receive 3 parking tickets in the mail for the time period of when my car was in his possession. I was told that a young girl by the name of Sabrina "fessed up". To date, after several attempts in person and via phone calls and texts, I have not received any response or fund recoupment. There has been a police complaint and civil suit filed.
