He (African American employee with glasses) still didn't even come over to approach the part of the counter where I was standing. I asked if they could print for me since the print station was down and he shared the email to send my documents to. All he had to do was click on the link that I emailed and the document would come up and he could easily print it but I guess that was one too many steps for him. He got an attitude and said he wasn't going to do it that way. I didn't have the energy to go back and forth so I simply just said "never mind thank you" and walked out.
