Grand opening of the American Fork location today! Friendly staff, and super helpful on the flavors they have. The Rockstar - definitely has earned this name. It has milk chocolate and semi-sweet chocolate chips in it and probably one of the best cookies I've had (I've had a lot, trust me!) Can't wait to go back and try the rest of the flavors!

Delicious cookies! Loved the flavors. Especially the Samoa cookie. Similar to Crumbl. Another solid cookie place.

Great location and is an easy pickup after shopping at Maceys, I forgot to ask how they rotate they their different cookies but they regularly carry six flavors and they are delicious. I'm not sure if it's worth skipping past other cookie shops but Crave is close to us and they have awesome staff!

My local Crave recently closed and this is the closest location to me. These are the worst cookies I've ever had from a Crave Cookies. They were dry and stale and just didn't seem made right. The three employees in there were goofing off (even while making my order which made it take way longer than it should have for two people to put 4 cookies in a box.) and didn't seem to really know what they were doing. At mid-day they didn't have half the cookies made and it didn't seem like they were working on on getting them out.

Easily the best line up ever!

The cookies are easily the best there are! They just opened so I feel like there is a little room for improvement with the staff and fine tuning the cooking time on the cookies- both things I never had issues with at the SLC location. I think they will work out the kinks in no time. But the cookies still warrant 5 stars!

If you're planning to dine there, make sure you don't have any pressing commitments afterward. On both of our visits, we spent an extraordinary amount of time simply waiting to be acknowledged. During our most recent visit, our group sat at a table right in the middle of the restaurant and could have driven all the way to the Draper location in the time it took for a server to notice we were there. We initially assumed the experience was a one-time issue, so we gave the American Fork location a second chance a few months later. Unfortunately, it was almost identical to the first visit. The pace of service was painfully S...L...O...W... The time from when we sat down until we got the special priviledge of actually ordering: 25 minutes! In contrast, the Draper location has consistently been a much better experience and appears to be managed far more efficiently. I'm glad they've expanded into American Fork, and the food certainly makes the restaurant worth visiting. I just hope they can improve their service processes so customers can enjoy a great meal without needing to set aside half their day to do it.

My sister raved about the pesto lasagna plus, the portion could have fed all three of us. We had the coffee tiramisu for dessert and it was light, creamy and delicious. We were happy to hear that Mastra will be expanding to a nearby location so they can handle all the fans of their fabulous handmade food. We've already recommended Mastra to others.

There were about 5 employees working the front of the house and each one checked in on us. I was also very impressed that the entire time we were there, they were cleaning, dusting, polishing glasses, etc. instead of sitting around or goofing off since they weren't that busy. We ordered onion focaccia bread, pesto lasagna, cacio e Pepe. And for dessert the Nutella focaccia. The food was all pretty good, but we were a little underwhelmed.. the onion focaccia was good but we liked the bread more and probably would've preferred the classic focaccia. The pesto lasagna had amazing flavors and came out hot. But the sides were hard and maybe not cooked all the way through. We definitely will be back to try other menu items though.

It was cold, and the bread mushy. I was so disappointed. The waffle fries were excellent tho, My husband ordered the Avenue Cheesesteak: Steak, mushrooms, onions, red peppers, and provolone on ciabatta bread. My husband also said his wasn't warm and I noticed it was a roll not ciabatta. He said the roll tho tasted fresh and was really good, his order came with Lay's chips. Bought some fresh bread and macaroons. Te macaroons were really tasty. The cashier was friendly. The restaurant is cute with several kinds of donuts, yummy tasty desserts, fresh bread, cinnamon rolls and cookies as well as some cute retail purchases like towels, hats, postcards etc, At 7pm I was quite surprised how many donuts were still left on the shelf in an open shelf system behind the counter. Another thing that was a huge turnoff was as the amount of gnats flying around. My guess is there is rotting food near the booths we were sitting in. The weather is cold, doors weren't wide open so something was attracting them. Restroom was clean and a small but decent sized parking lot.
