I stopped by because of the June promotion offering buy one, get one 50% off…read more When it was my turn to check out, I pulled up the reward in the app and asked the cashier, an Asian man with glasses how to redeem the offer. I haven't redeemed any rewards in several months because I've been overseas, so I wasn't sure whether I simply scanned the code or if there was another step involved. Instead of explaining the process, he repeatedly pointed at the screen and said, it's right here. When I asked for clarification, he continued to respond the same way without actually explaining what I needed to do. His tone and mannerisms made me feel as though I was being treated like an inconvenience for asking a simple question. Not every customer is familiar with the app, and some may be using rewards for the first time. A little patience and clearer communication would have gone a long way. The experience was made more frustrating by the long wait beforehand. There were only two cashiers working and the customer ahead of me spent several minutes at the register asking questions. Another cashier was also helping a customer who needed additional assistance. While I understand that questions happen and employees do their best, waiting a considerable amount of time only to receive dismissive customer service was disappointing. Good customer service isn't just about completing a transaction--it's about helping customers understand the process and making them feel welcome. Unfortunately, that was not my experience during this visit.

Parking: Plenty of parking wrapping around the building and has wheelchair access Selection: At first glance there seemed to be more of a selection than there was. A lot of the items repeated as you made your way around which was disappointing. They did have a lot of cakes in the case though. Drinks also had to be ordered at a kiosk ahead of time. I completely missed that when I walked in and had to order after I selected my food items, which left me waiting longer than people who came in after me Seating: There are about 3 tables and a window bar with seating. The window seats needed to be cleaned Service: The person who checked me out was super friendly Overall satisfied my little treat need !

There is no billboard or web article acclaim - but when you step inside you are transported to warmth and love on 100. This place is no exception. Such a cozy feel, the baristas are so kind and accommodating, actually smiling - can you imagine that?! They genuinely take interest in you. Here is the set up. There are so many chairs and tables, it feels like you're in a massive well decorated living room. Ample space to spread out and work or study or read scripture. Speaking of reading scripture - if God made coffee on Day 6 it was because the two new humans made him exhausted. That's why he needed rest on Day 7 teeheehee. I had a matcha latte. It was wayyyy to sweet for me. Considering I do not have a single sweet tooth in my mouth and usually drink my matcha plain. They were kinda and gave me a coffee on the house with free refills. There are alot of pastries, I heard there were tacos, I will try those next time. Will I be back?... of course. This place was popping by 9 and I see why. They are doing something RIGHT!

The prices are typical bakery prices. We got 2 different items to bring home and have with coffee. Both of the items were different full of flavor and color but 1 of the items had too much sugar for my taste buds. In my opinion you need to go once and try it.

I don't have to drive to Pinoy Corner in the Medical Center area to get delicious baked goods. This is super convenient to shop my favorite Filipino pastries and grocery at the same time. I spent average $25 each time shopping here. It has become a must go place for me. I particularly like the chicken Siopao and Ensaymada. I'm not a fan of ube. Because I could easily be overwhelmed with ube everything. Shopping here I have to start from the grocery store entrance to get the plate, tissue and tong first. On the other side is the baskets. The employees were friendly and everything is self serve. I would love to bring my friends here to show them around the store. I found Dubai Chocolate Croissant being the most exotic item because it has knafeh filling with chocolate coating. I couldn't eat it in my car but I have to eat it by the kitchen sink.

I unfortunately didn't try any of the baked goodies, but will be back to give it a go. I came at lunchtime and got 2 sandwiches to try- the Bandari (sausage) and the Cotlet. I also got the Haleem, since I'd never had it before. I devoured the Bandari in my car, which is a feat for me since I rarely finish a sandwich like that in one sitting. The cotlet sandwich was good, but the Bandari was my favorite. The Haleem is basically like poreidge, with a slight sweetness and cinnamon on top. Not sure the texture was my fave, but it was a comforting breakfast substitute for me. Service was sweet. The mom who took the order was the one who headed back into the kitchen and made my food. Loved it, definitely want to come back!

If you're going to promote something with such appealing photos, you need to make sure your actual product lives up to it. Why compromise your business by cutting corners on quality? If you just stick to what you promise, you wouldn't be getting reviews like this. Customers notice, and trust is easy to lose.
