I've asked for a cancellation and a refund since we're passed our 16 week estimate and they have yet to make anything write. I've just now asked for a call from the owner as it is a small business and I'll see how that goes and follow up with some good updates. But as far as customer service and someone I would recommend?- definitely no. Don't spend the money on a custom product when a company does not care for their customers. There is no accountability and they will not offer any value or consideration for wasted time and loss of money for as long as it has been.

Thanks to Felicia, she promptly set up a consultation with Matthew. Felicia keeps me informed with the installation schedules. Now, my patio temporary eyesore plastic-fence has been replaced! Thank you to Matthew and Chris who worked tirelessly into the late evening on a weekend to install my fence. Mathew did all the measuring and brought all the fencing required, brackets, and 2 gates...and tools. Matthew took out all the guesswork. He made all the required adjustments to the Globe Pendant light so it would operate and hang correctly.
