I rarely leave reviews, but I absolutely had to for Electrical ASAP! Yesterday we lost power to part of our house, including our garage and travel trailer (of which we are staying in while our house is being worked on), and I was convinced I needed to schedule a service call. When I called, Shay took the time to FaceTime with me and patiently walked me through troubleshooting my electrical panel and GFCI outlets. Within just a few minutes, she helped me fix the problem, all without charging me a dime. What impressed me the most wasn't just that she solved the issue, but how she treated me throughout the entire call. I had another company come out to replace a switch to my back porch and when they installed the switch I noticed my living room didn't have power (outlets, tv and lights) they checked the breaker and it was sending power to the living room and two electricians came to the conclusion that my whole house needed to be rewired and all the outlets changed (built in 2020) I was quoted $3,700 to rewire my circuits (in my living room ONLY) due to a voltage drop that they discovered...I posted on my community page and Electrical ASAP reached out to me almost instantly and I explained the situation and she was shocked they were going to charge me that much for one room....long story short she offered to come out and diagnose the issue for me and was genuinely concerned about what they did and planned on doing, Jose came in and in 10 mins had all the outlets open checking voltage and diagnosing the issue....turns out that when they installed the switch they must have touched a wire to the metal plate and it caused the GFI in my sons room to trip and now my lights are back on and my switch is installed and working great....oh and the $3,700 the other company was going to charge me electrical asap is charaging me about $1,000 less for the WHOLE HOUSE....save yourself the hassle and call them first...genuine company that actually wants what's best for your safety not just trying to make a sale read more

Wow! Let me tell you how thrilled I am with my decision to go with this company. I did my due diligence. I checked reviews & licenses before I got 3 quotes from 3 different electricians. I ended up choosing the best communicator, the one with the strongest follow-up and the most reviews (over all platforms) that show consistent reliability and overall customer satisfaction. I had a five year old mini-split, but nothing in the back room of my gun shop. I needed a competent electrician that I could trust around firearms inventory, so who better than Jose, Abel, and Shay from Electrical ASAP. I scheduled a day off my primary job and the boys got right to work. Shay swung by with some hot chocolate and I was most appreciative. They worked all day long into the hours of darkness to get install complete. Everything looks and works great. I even paid to have a new outlet installed in my ceiling so I could install a TV in the showroom. They did not have time to finish that job that day, but Abel returned a few weeks later and knocked it out in no time. He even ran my Cat6 for me while he was up in the attic. The quality of this work is top notch and if I shopped around I probably could have spent less. However, would I have received C10 bonded quality work that I know will last? Of course not. I can't put it into words how much this company cares! If you take anything away from my review I hope its that this company is not out to make a sale, they are about helping and educating. I had to call them out at 1am for an emergency. I will not go into detail but I just bought my house and the seller was supposed to fix the electrical panel, they hired a handyman who made it an electrical nightmare, this company not only fixed the immediate danger but they went above and beyond to make sure im taken care of. Oh my God, Jose' literally saved my life!!! I had an electrical emergency and called different companies and either had outrageous quotes or wouldn't be able to come out for weeks. I called ASAP and they were able to send someone out THE SAME DAY!! Not only were they quick to come out and fix my box, thier prices were so reasonable!!!! Jose' the technician who came out was so professional, explained everything and why it needed to be done and was proficient. First Baptist Church needed new lights in our gym. The fluorescent fixtures were attached to a ceiling that's about 38 feet high. The electricians at Electrical ASAP had to use a bucket lift to install 24 LED bulbs. This transformed our gym. Shay, Jose and their crew were so professional, personable, and knowledgeable. They were prompt and cared about completing our project and made sure we were totally satisfied with their work. we were so happy with their work and the cost, we used them to install eight flush mounted LED lights in our board room to improve the lighting and function of that room. Electrical ASAP was wonderful to work with. Shay and Abel were so professional and helpful! We needed some outlets looked at and we had an electrical panel from the 60's and it needed an upgrade. They came out and explained the process and made sure to check on our application to PG&E to get approval to begin changing our panel. They helped us get a $2500 fee waived! On top of that, the process to get approved usually can take up to 6-8 months and they were able to get us approved in 2 months!! They also had payment options for the panel. I was in a jam! Another company quoted me 22k for a rewire said I was out of options so I called Electrical ASAP for a rewire quote because the one the other company they gave me I thought was really high. Electrical ASAP promised me that I would not need a rewire and told me to give them one hour of time and she could guarantee me that we could figure it out. I did tell her that the other company was trying to charge me 22,000 so she basically talked herself out of a job they were able to fix it in 30 minutes $200 later! Shay came over and did a walk through after Monarch was going to charge me $18,000 to change out my electrical outlets and switches and said I needed a new panel. She was very thorough and assured me I did not need a new panel and could do the work properly and for a lot less money. All of proved absolutely true. Jose and Abel and a third electrician came and changed everything out perfectly. They would not leave until they were sure everything was working perfectly. They left my house spotless.
