As you know, I am…read moresuper cautious about where I eat but after reading about the stellar reputation and experience of the owner and reading all of the five star reviews I decided it was a must visit for me this trip. We walked up to the truck they have several tables and chairs out front and a cool fishing pole art piece on the side. I ordered the grouper sandwich and the much famed mango slaw. Wowzers! It was really good I would even say it surpassed the grouper sandwich I had the day before at a restaurant in the area! I dare say it was quite impressive. The fish tasted very fresh and was fried to perfection and the slaw was tasty the cabbage to mayo ratio was spot on I couldn't even taste the mayo which I loved and deeply appreciated. lol. I got a picture of Bear and Bob while we waited for our order and of course a picture of the fishing pole planter display such a cool idea!! I have to give my first food truck experience a 10/10 and I am so glad I ventured out and tried it. Definitely do not sleep on this gem I know you'll love it too!!
