I ended up leaving with a Blade roast, a Beef brisket and a Corned Beef roast from a barrel. Needless to say I'll be back again soon for something else to enjoy making - in 3 days I've already cooked a corned beef dinner and a Chinese Beef Brisket stew with Daikon Radish.
