Located in the other wing of Ramada Hotel near the lobby. If you end up staying there, you can get a $20 off coupon for dine-in​. I think the restaurant is very well designed and has an upscale​ feel to it. It has the bar section in the front on the left and the ​dining area is on the right with another dining section down a few steps. No doubt it has a high qulity feel, however, the seating orientation is very awkward. I don't​​ know if this could be fixed but it just felt odd very open and less private as the resturant may seem to promote. We had the crab dip and pita chips appetizer which was amazing and one of the best dips we have had. The service was top notch​ and later the Steak and Frites​ were perfect. It was an excellent meal after a long day trip at Niagra falls, it definitely hit the spot and we were ready for another adventure to Clifton​ Hill afterward​s. So went here for the groupon.. the price is around $100 per 2 people for a 5 course meal. That doesn't include drinks, tip and tax. The place is located in a hotel and its right across from an outlet. We just parked at the hotel and didn't get ticketed or towed. The waiter was very nice! She got our food right away and was very polite. The food was delicious. The best thing that I ate was the Wagyu burger. I would highly recommend. The meat was so soft and juicy. The rest of the meal was very good. We both had the steak and it was cooked a little bit more than medium rare but it still was very yummy. I would recommend coming here if it's for a couple. It's not a very kid friendly place. There was mostly just couples when we went to eat at the restaurant. Has a romantic atmosphere. read more

Ambience is nice but small. Service is slow. Fine dining price but food quality does not fair well with pricing. It has the potential and wants to be a high level fine dining restaurant but it is just not. Three of us ordered steaks and they were not cooked as ordered. We had scallops wrapped in bacon as appetizers and that was pretty tasty. The Cesar Salad is also good but small portion. I had the Seafood Pasta, quite nice but sodium was missing, the scallops and shrimps were delicious. Again portion is small. Considering the fine dining restaurants offered in the surrounding Niagara-On-The- Lake region, this one will have to work hard to stay competitive. read more

We had a great experience here! My wife and I went here on our final night here in Niagara. The prices aren't too crazy really for good food, and we split a ribeye anyway. Initially we thought it would be a good idea to order it Chicago/medium, which is charred but still medium. We figured lightly charred, but it was more charred than expected. Our fault since we asked for it and were adamant about it. The steak was still extremely tender, but we asked to get medium instead and they were more than happy to accommodate us. When the medium steak came out, it was worth the wait. Super tender and full of flavor. We were both very satisfied with it. Also ordered the garlic mashed potatoes and the Brussels and Kale. The chef personally came out to make sure everything was perfect. We finished with tiramisu and sparkling wine! read more

The food - soup, salad, appetizer, and dessert - was good, and the front of the house was great. However, the back of the house seemed to be struggling keeping up with the orders. There were two glaring problems: for a couple of us at the table, the steaks came 10 minutes ahead of our loaded, baked potato and my vegetables. We actually had to stop eating our steak to wait for our baked potato. The other issue for me was the plating of the entree. The steak came in a cast iron dish with an inch lip. Unfortunately, the lip made it difficult to cut the steak, an observation made by a few of us at the table. The baked potato came in a small bowl, which also made it difficult to cut the potato. I had to transfer the potato - already 10 minutes behind the steak - to a plate. Okay, so 4 out of the 5 courses were good, but the main was the disappointment not because of taste, but because of the service (not the waitress' fault) and plating. Suggestion: work on the plating and getting the food out at the same time. read more

(If you're a bit large, the booths can accommodate!) - Accommodating staff, no matter your complaint. (We had to move after a guest bathed in allergenic cologne was seated nearby; no problem!) - Fantastic menu. - Best steak ever, even after Donovan's in PHX. (Puts Donovan's to great shame, actually, since they cost twice as much as this.) For a restaurant tucked away in a hotel, it is quite a surprise to find quality like this. Where to begin... My boyfriend and I were very excited to try the Meat Market for their Tuesday Buck a Shuck evening. Upon arriving, there was no host to greet us, we had to awkwardly wait for the waitress for about 5 minutes... We ordered the following: 2x wine 14x2 (Good- but we got overcharged on our bill...) 12 oysters $12 (Poorly served... they were given to us on water... they usually are served on a bed of ice... (crossing fingers I don't get sick). They were not cold not properly shucked) We were told by our server that it came with a hot sauce but she never brought it out. 1 small dish of horseradish $1 (Yes... we had to pay for a side of horseradish, I was taken back that the oysters didn't come with any sauce or horseradish... first time I came across this... also it wasn't fresh horseradish it was watery and kind of a paste...) Wagu tartar $5 (Okay... presentation was not appealing it looked like cat food but the flavours were there because of the truffle oil) lobster mac n cheese $5 (Felt re-heated) lobster wrapped in bacon $5 (Two mini lobster tails that tasted like they came out of a frozen box) The servers were very nice and frequently checked in and easy to converse with. Overall I wouldn't recommend their buck a shuck evening. I'm curious about their a la carte menu but also reluctant to try. I hope this didn't come off harsh I was just being honest about my experience... for $80 for a cheap and cheerful buck a shuck kind of night with wine.... not worth it. I enjoy going for dinner and I pick up on every detail from start to finish. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant. We ended up getting more food at a different restaurant afterwards. read more

Went to dinner on a Saturday night, didn't need to dress up, and had a really good meal, so I loved it. Let's start at the beginning, shall we? The decor goes for the modern steakhouse chic look, and comes close - let's call it modern steakhouse chic on a budget. The seats are comfortable, albeit a little low, lighting is very comfortable, and the place is nice and clean. There is plenty of parking in the adjoining lot, and it is on a well served transit line if that's how you travel. So let's get to the important stuff - the food. We started with the crab cake and a dozen fresh oysters. The crab cake was huge, nicely flavoured so you can still taste the crab, and with plenty of crab meat inside and sufficient condiments to customize it to your liking. The oysters were excellent - fresh, large and well shucked. Once again, a good selection of condiments available to accompany the oysters. We ordered the Cali Cut (more commonly known as Tri Tip) Wagyu and the USDA Ribeye. The Wagyu was perfectly cooked, tender, beautifully flavoured and a marvelous taste experience for $56. The Ribeye was not evenly cooked, one side medium rare and the other medium well, though the properly cooked portion was really good. In a class move, management did apologize and discounted the steak on the bill - kudos! We had the broccoli and cheddar on the side - perfectly steamed broccoli with good quality cheddar, as well as the sautee of wild mushrooms - a bit deceiving in name because it was just a mix of white button and oyster mushrooms with a couple of shiitakes thrown in, but it was pretty tasty nonetheless. The wine list is underwhelming for a steakhouse and doesn't offer cellar selections, but there are a few decent wines to be found among the ordinary offerings. This is one area that could use improvement. Staff are friendly and properly attentive, though they seem to lack experience. I get the feeling that this restaurant is somewhat new and that they are still working out some of their growing pains, but if they do, this place will become a local favourite. I've eaten in many high end steakhouses, and this one is not bad. Their concept seems to be to deliver a few things really well at a very competitive price, with the focus on achieving quality and value, and I would say that they deliver quite well. If you want to get some of the items available at Ruth's Chris but are willing to compromise because you don't want to spend as much, then this is your restaurant. I'll be back! read more

Place was nice however, that's where the good review stops. First off we used the groupon deal for 4 which came with a fixed menu. At the end of meal we found out that we would be charged the tax from the almost 200$ bill. Under staffed. The food was very over priced for it barely being mediocre. Steak was nothing but fat and no seasoning. Fries were soggy. Mother said the Creme brûlée was the worst she ever had. The cheesecake was no better than one from a grocery store. Save your money. How long can it take to raise a calf to an adult, slaughter it, take a nap, then bring it to your table? Meat Market answers this question: if there are five people in the restaurant (including the server) approximately two hours. It was a comedy of errors. Me and my boyfriend bought a Groupon for two night stay and it and with a $20 coupon. I don't eat red meat at all and this is definitely a steakhouse so I was surprise they have a lot of sea food entries too. I gotta French onion soup which was great and calamari appetizer which was decent. My boyfriend got the seafood salad which was a big portion a delicious. I had the salmon and they seared the skin so well it was one of the best teriyaki salmon I have had. Their drink were good too. Only problem was its a little too pricey. Had dinner at Meat Market last night. Steaks were awesome, served on iron skillets that kept the steaks hot for a while. French onion soup was delicious and so were our salads. Overall Food was great and our waitress Jaime W. was incredible. She was so sweet and patient and paid attention to every single detail to make us feel comfortable and satisfied. Extremely disappointed. I am unsure how there were so many wonderful reviews unless we just got them on an off night. We were celebrating our anniversary and the dinner was a complete flop. I immediately was turned off when we were dropped off at a rundown Ramada Inn, to walk inside to a restaurant next to a swimming pool. There was one waitress/hostess/bartender for the entire restaurant. She was very sweet but just obviously couldn't keep up. We waited 20 minutes for someone to come to our table. Every table around us sat dirty, uncleaned. We ended up ordering when she came to our table due to the wait. We received our steaks before our drinks. I never received my salad. We didn't get bread like other tables did. Our steaks were terrible. Poorly seasoned, tough, charred on outside. The garlic mashed potatoes tasted instant. It was painful to swipe my credit card for the $132 bill. Save yourself the trouble and just eat at a chain restaurant in the area because the whole area lacks charm and anything "upscale". read more
