The pizza is AMAZING! Sauce is not too sweet and toppings are on par--this is our favorite pizza in the MTZ/Decatur area. A lot of the staff are friendly, but we've come across several that couldn't care less and a couple have been overtly rude; unfortunately this is becoming all too common in many establishments. The majority of people would rather not have to work and prefer to play, but those who make it obvious should not be working in customer service! I've been here in Mt. Zion before and had amazing service outstanding even during the day in thru week but tonight I think this server left her sense of humor at home and her personality. She is short and curt and asking my questions again in an annoyed tone even after I answered her, apparently she wasn't paying attention and decided to take it out on me ‍. The food is always outstanding hence the 2 stars with cruddy service. Best pizza in town and if you don't get this short grumpy server which short hair is normally fan-freakin-tastic. Sunday night and my wife and I just wanted a quick bite. Stopped in and were seated immediately. Waitress was clueless in taking care of us. I ordered the ravioli and wife ordered corn dogs in addition to the side salad. The side salad was more than generous but the crackers were So Stale you could not even get them to bend. When our items arrived my ravioli were so over cooked that even a blind person could tell that they were burnt, the same with the corn dogs. Server never asked if they were o.k or not as she started to clean the dining room in preparation for closing. 3.5 stars We dined on a Friday evening. The first table we were seated at was wobbly and had wet spots. Second table was even more wobbly. Third time's the charm. Waitress said it had something to do with the uneven floor... We ordered the 14" specialty pizza. If you're not that hungry, it could probably feed 3 people. Since I was pretty hungry, I asked how long the wait would be for pizzas. Waitress said it depends on take out orders, etc. She suggested ordering an appetizer. We ordered the seasoned curly fries, but waitress said they just switched to crinkle cut fries. Fries were out in ~10 mins, served hot but not seasoned, other than salt. Pizza was good but toppings were a bit scarce. Cooked well, nice crust. I heard the buffalo and bbq chicken pizzas are good. Not sure if I would dine in again but would definitely try carry out. read more

We ordered a mushroom, pepperoni, sausage pizza with extra cheese. The extra cheese tasted really good like fresh mozzarella. The other ingredients were kind of hidden underneath that but it didn't bother me any it tasted good. We also got the fried ravioli which I thought was great. And the salad also had a lot of generous cheese, which I appreciate because I like cheese. I don't think they gave us the right salad dressings that we asked for but not a big deal. It was much tastier than monical's has been for a while. Would definitely order again read more

Okay, I'm actually in shock right now. We ordered a pizza and wings to be delivered to our hotel 3 miles away because 13 hours of driving will make you hungry. We were told it would be delivered "within the hour". 20 minutes later, we had piping hot wings and a foil covered pizza so hot we actually had to wait for it to cool down. I don't know if all of our years of traveling that has ever happened!! Plus it was delicious which at this point was a major bonus! If you're in town, order it! read more

Calzones are great here, just the right balance of ingredients, good sauce and cold beer. Everyone helped keep tables cleared. Service was excellent. expect a wait at busy times, pizzas and calzones are made to order. read more

The Pizza is the Best in Town!!!! Staff is very nice. A huge area of opportunity for them is sanitation. I eat in tonight. During my hour in, two staff members never washed there hands. One played with his hair and then handled clean silver, drinking from his beverage every 5 minutes with again not washing hands. Another staff member was playing with her face and hair, plus fingers in mouth, then handled clean plates and drink. The bar tender was so nice nice and attentive. Called ahead @9:20 to make sure that they were open, was informed that the kitchen was open until 10. Made the 3 minute drive only to not get waited on. The girl behind the bar was asked if they were open she said yes and then walked out the door. Trying to support local business, but if you close at 9:30 why tell us you're open until 10? read more

Garden dinner salad is the normal Midwestern salad, iceberg salad mix and covered in cheese. I've started to call this MW cheese salad. Pizza was ok. Nothing special. Had a draft beer and then a speciality bottle. Beer tasted stale. Check the best by date... Sept 2015. Ok 3 months beyond the BB date is ok, but not a hoppy beer like Rebel Rouser IPA. read more

Terrible service tonight. An hour after placing our order, I was told they were unable to make the calzone that I wanted and I had to re-order. Ninety minutes after placing the order, one of our group was told that they had run out of the spaghetti that she had ordered. Had the order been placed when it was taken, my friend might have been able to have it. That's when we gave up and left. They have seating for probably 150 and parking for 50. The noise level was unbelievable and yet many tables were empty. We won't be back. So disappointed. read more

Great pizza! We love the buffalo chicken pizza but even when we order traditional it's always delicious. Best in the area.

Very disappointed I placed an order online for $50. 5 min after I placed the order I noticed a mistake and called in. The lady on the phone then told me that they don't deliver to my address but they had already charged my credit card and it can't be refunded for 7-10 business days! I then asked her why didn't the site stop the order before charging me??. She then stated they can't change the site in a very rude and smart way. I let her know that them not being able to change their site has nothing to do with me as the customer! Every other pizza place site will stop the order so I suggest Crawford pizza contact one of them places! She then slammed the phone down in my ear! Very rude! read more

Just left Crawfords after an evening out with my husband. Terrible service and the restaurant was not clean at all. The poor experience started from the beginning when the hostess threw menus on our table as she kept walking towards the bar to immediately get on her cell phone. Our waitress was not very attentive and I believe there was total of four tables seated at the time. I went to the women's bathroom twice, one restroom was unusable due to the condition and the other didn't lock. The waitress was no where to be found when we wanted to pay our ticket. When I mentioned how poor the service was the waitress asked for specifics and I stated how dirty the restrooms were, how difficult she was to track down, and how it was rude and disturbing that her and other staff were eating chicken wings at the edge of the bar where people were eating while serving us with their cigarettes and cell phones sitting there. Her response was "the hostess was supposed to clean the bathrooms" and "sorry I have to eat too"! Needless to say we will not be back and by the looks of the empty restaurant the management should look into fixing some of these issues and complaints. read more
