I am very, very impressed by this Flea Market. In fact, calling it one doesn't give it the prestige…read morethat it deserves. Now, by prestige, I do NOT mean classiness, but simply respect. Read on and I will explain. The flea market looks like an old mega-department store that went out of business and was then bought and maintained by the people. This is exactly what I found inside: nail boutiques, salons, cell phone providers, bubble tea shops, korean cafes, etc. Each independently-owned and maintained. Essentially, this is a free-for-all! I came in with a limited budget in terms of time and money, but ended up with a full belly and a worthwhile purchase: a $6 dollar hot wing tray from a korean family-owned cafe and a $5 pair of sunglasses. $11 dollars total = VICTORY! Come in and be prepared to spend some serious time here. Enjoy!

They have their own parking lot with some spaces, but you may use pay-for street parking if all of them are taken. (Do not park in residential areas if you're not from the area - you must have a resident pass visible in order to park in residential areas, unless you're in a marked pay-for parking spot.) The shop is very well laid-out and organized with clear signs labeling where you can find specific items. They are donation-based and carry a variety of items including clothing, accessories, shoes, furniture, home decor, kitchenware, books, and entertainment. Staff were friendly when I visited there. Personally, I feel that you can find a mix of prices and items there. Some items were reasonably priced, but there are some higher priced items there. (I did feel one Christmas tree decor item that was metal felt a little steep - I guessed it was $25 but checking the sticker, it was actually $85.) I believe if you look through the items, you can find deals, but please do not walk in expecting a case like these social media stories where you find a rare item and the shop priced it incorrectly for dirt cheap. Overall, it's a good spot to check out once in a while if you're in the area.

On Northwood Road there is a hub of fantastic places to eat and artistic places to shop. Free street parking is available and there is an overflow parking lot at the end of the street. Owned by Tim and his wife Inge, their store is like walking into Etsy. Actually they do have an Etsy shop. Their wares are composed of vintage home goods, furniture, accessories, jewelry, and hand made upcycled treasures like little glass planters you can hang and license plate art. They like to reuse what they can and turn it into something interesting rather than add to the landfill. During my visit Stone Button was participating in a Bahama relief drive as were the other shops in Northwood. They created really cute license plate art from cut up plates that read Bahamas. Outside is their salvage yard with over sized letters. This is the perfect shop to find that one of a kind gift. I left with a small china box that matches my grandmother's china. At only $10 I was pleased to find it. If you adore the vintage vibe like I do you will want to pay a visit to this charming shop.

Inside it's a warren of different rooms -- where you could easily get lost. Lots and lots of clothes -- especially women's. In most cases sorted by type, but not sorted by size. Bric a brac, housewares; electronics; china and glassware, office supplies, books, children books, toys, hats/scarves/bathing suits; golf and sports equipment; paintings; and a separate boutique of higher end stuff. The day we came all clothing was $5. So if you had the patience... I bought two small things under $2 each, but most things were more expensive. I'm glad we came. Now we know.

Although I…read morecurrently do not live that lifestyle here in south Florida, we used to own cattle, horses and chickens when we lived in Georgia so I can tell the staff is very knowledgeable in the products they offer. I had to visit to pick up some bales of straw for a western themed event. I almost left with a live bunny rabbit. They do have chicks and bunnies for sale as well as all of the supplies you would need to care for them. The staff is super friendly and the lady there let me hang out for at least an hour playing with the rabbits! While I was there, the store was very busy with patrons picking up supplies for their livestock and gardens. I would highly recommend visiting for any of your needs.

Main Street at Boynton is a 16 acre mixed use plaza on the northeast corner of Boynton Beach…read moreBoulevard and Jog Road. Mainstreet was helmed by Boca developers Pebb and Banyan. The retail portion is 70,000 square feet anchored by Sprouts which offers organic and specialty foods. Set to open soon is the Wawa, Good Vets, Maoz Vegeterian, At&T, Capitol Carpet & Tile, Rejuven Med Spa, Yolk, and Crown Wine, Spirits, Gourmet. Along with the restaurants and businesses Mainstreet will also include the 130 unit senior assisted living facility, Anthology. I tried out the Sprouts which has a nice prepared food section. Yolk is a solid breakfast and lunch option. The rest of the businesses will be useful to the residents of Anthology when they open.

The large Delray Square Shopping Center is located on the corner of W Atlantic Ave and S Military Trail. It was built back in 1976 on 16 acres but it was renovated in 2019 with roof renovation, LED lighting in the parking lot, facade overhaul, and several new buildings Anchored by a Publix, there are wide variety of 37 businesses providing services, goods, and dining options. Tenants include Great clips, iDental, L.A. Nails, Humana, Mattress Firm, Planet Fitness, Walgreens, Chipotle, Chick-fil-A, Carvel, Tropical Smoothie, Red Crab, and Chili's. I like the Beall's Outlet and they just opened an Ollie's which is always fun to explore if you are on the hunt for bargains. You can bank, work out, grocery shop, get beauty, financial, and medical services for you and your pet, grab fast food, or enjoy sit down dining. It is one of those shopping centers were you can get everything done at once. It is also just down the street from one of my favorite markets, The Boys. You can find me here on any given weekend finishing up my weekend errand list.
