County line has a great selection of feed and supplies for any type of livestock. Although I currently do not live that lifestyle here in south Florida, we used to own cattle, horses and chickens when we lived in Georgia so I can tell the staff is very knowledgeable in the products they offer. I had to visit to pick up some bales of straw for a western themed event. I almost left with a live bunny rabbit. They do have chicks and bunnies for sale as well as all of the supplies you would need to care for them. The staff is super friendly and the lady there let me hang out for at least an hour playing with the rabbits! While I was there, the store was very busy with patrons picking up supplies for their livestock and gardens. I would highly recommend visiting for any of your needs. read more

County line is so honest - I have a horse with asthma and he can't have any dust in the hay. If the hay is a little dry they always tell me and redirect me to an alternative. If the hay is too 'coarse' and stemmy for my spoiled ones, the office staff let's me know as soon as I call for a delivery. Once again they have never steered me wrong with the hay the staff recommends as an alternative. Edit: County Line Feed offers Seed for pastures as well. For three years now I have used their rye seed and it has come up beautifully. Very quick to germinate, thick healthy grass cover and hardy when the weather warms between fronts. Their employees are very inconsiderate and lazy, the man loading my five bales of hay tried to do them all at once and instead of getting off the fork lift to unload them into my truck bed he tried to dump them in (the lazy way) and two of the three wires directly hit my rear window shattering it. the owner then said we'll pay to fix the window and the next four times you come to get hay it will be free. I didn't sue them or anything I said okay thank you that's fare. The next time I went to get hay the blonde manager lady said he never even spoke with me and he absolutely isn't giving me free hay and she gave a couple bales and said I could've even speak with the owner. It's ridiculous how rude and loud she was with me when all I was doing was being nice and just asking a question. read more

I don't know who this Heather P. person is but they obviously did something to create the scenario they are describing as Cherise is nothing but a caring professional who goes out of her way to help her clients as does Emae (spelling not sure of sorry). Cherise recently ensured the delivery of really nice hay when I visited the store and there wasn't something I could buy at that time (my horse is allergic to certain types so the inventory they had was with hay my horse couldn't eat). Cherise knew the situation and said they were hoping for a small delivery of Timothy and she would pull a supply for me and get it delivered as soon as it came in. WHAM just like that - same afternoon I had my hay and it was GREAT hay - nice and green and perfect. Whenever something has happened not so great (it happens folks - its the business - sometimes hay isn't good - sometimes staff makes mistakes) Cherise has always gone out of her way to correct it in a very acceptable and fair manner. I went with my sons girlfriend to pick up hay for our horses. The last time she was at the feed store to pick up hay, the gentleman loading the hay into her truck did it very lazy and haphazardly and dumped it into the truck to where the bales of hay bounced up and hit the back window in her truck and shattered her glass. The owner by the name of Scott offered to pay for the back window and then offered to pay for the next four times she came up for the hay that we ordered which was 5 bales and they only gave us 4 this time. So when we went back today my sons girlfriend went in speaking very nicely and saying how she was there to get the hay and that she would be charged for it and they right off the but the woman Manager: Cherise Desiderio began right away speaking to his girlfriend horribly and started denying everything. She said she was lucky they did anything at all because it was an accident. It was awful treatment of this 19 year old girl. The fact they were flat out lying was so damn bad. The worst customer service ever. I will never go to them again. They lie to your face and done follow through with what they say. They also lied and said they didn't pay for the hay the last time when we have proof of the payment from our credit card statement. Worst store and service ever!
