I ordered two tuna poke bowls, expecting fresh, vibrant fish. What I received was nothing short of a biohazard. The tuna was catastrophically spoiled: instead of the bright, ruby-red color of fresh ahi, it arrived a sickly, oxidized brown, shriveled, dry, and reeking of ammonia and rot so strong it made my eyes water the moment I opened the container. This fish had clearly been sitting unrefrigerated for days, the kind that screams scombroid poisoning. One bite of that toxic mess and you're looking at a potential trip to the ER. Entire bowl looked like it had been thrown together by someone who hates customers. It resembled pig slop more than human food. The avocado I paid extra for? A mushy, blackened, overripe disaster that should have been tossed in the trash days ago, not served to paying customers. This is clearly a criminal negligence. By every health code and FDA standard, an establishment serving spoiled, potentially poisonous fish like this should be shut down immediately and fined into oblivion. I am stunned this place is still allowed to operate and endanger the public. First and last time I will ever order from here. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from it! read more

I just ordered Uber eats and it was nothing short of TERRIBLE The quinoa was undercooked and so grainy that it was impossible to chew. The wasabi peas were clearly stale and left a horrible aftertaste. None of the vegetables tasted fresh--the asparagus in particular was unpleasant, almost moldy. To make matters worse, the salmon didn't taste like fresh fish at all, but more like smoked salmon, which was completely off-putting. We tried this place at the Kaseya Center, so this review is not applicable of service at the restaurant but more the food and quality that they serve. The food was amazing. It was so fresh, like if I was eating the ocean for real. The fish was delicious, and im not one to eat raw seafood. We got the MVB bowl and the Spicy Tuna bowl. They were both sooo goooooddddd. The prices are a little high ($23 and $21 respectively) but I understand that you are getting quality food for this price, and arena food is always overpriced anyways. This place claims to have been voted the best poke place in Miami in the years 202, 2022, and 2023, and i believe them. I have tried many poke places and this is just, simply delicious. The portions are personal, not for sharing. The bowl lids are strangely hard to take off so beware and avoid spillage. Other than that, try this place out! 5 from me! read more

Absolutely love this place! It's probably my favorite poke bar in Miami so far. All the poke ingredients, from fish to vegetables, are always very fresh and tasty. The portions are big. I always build my own poke bowl - a medium one, with two protein scoops. I usually pick fresh tuna and fresh salmon, or sometimes spicy tuna instead of the regular one. The fish always tastes fantastic. The selection of vegetables is pretty extensive, though I wish they had tomatoes. Additionally, I highly recommend adding a crab salad (even if it costs a little extra), as it is extremely flavorful and nice! The selection of sauces is also great; I always go with the spicy mayo, which gives the poke a slightly spicy and very tasty flavor. The price of this poke bowl comes to $17.60, which is reasonable considering the generous portion size. I personally never finish it, always leaving some rice behind. The only negative aspect for me is the selection of drinks, which is poor. They definitely need a vending machine with a larger selection of sodas and iced teas. Otherwise, I have no other issues with this poke bar. The place is nicely designed and always impeccably clean. The staff are sweet and friendly. If I ask for extra vegetables, they never refuse and never charge extra for that. By the way, I have ordered food from this poke bar for home delivery late at night a couple of times, and both times the food arrived very fresh and tasty. Today was my 2nd time stopping by. 1st time was in 2021 and 2nd in 2023. The first time I had it it was so delicious and packed with flavors. The staff the first time was also extremely nice and the owner was there at that time. Unfortunately, today it was the total opposite of my first experience. One of the staff members (the female) had an attitude. The food was ok, tasteless. I got the medium one with salmon and crab. They charge extra for something as simple as mangoes and pineapples which many places don't do that. I paid $18 for an ok poke bowl. I had the red bean mochi which was good. I was happy there were some baked options for the protein and didn't mind paying the up charge for it. The bowl was satisfying and was packed with flavor. I am excited to try other combinations. I had a large poke bowl delivered. I was very disappointed. First, it was drenched in dressing. Imagine if after all the various ingredients were put in the container (salmon, brown rice, carrots, onions, etc.), dressing was poured in from a large container until it hit the top of the lid, dousing the entire bowl, sort of like a bowl of Cap'n Crunch cereal.
