Sovereign is quickly becoming of my favorite lunch spots in Downtown Miami. The prices are very fair for what I've seen is one of the larger poke bowl in the area outside of much more expensive sit down restaurants. The customizations here are also very good! You can truly make your bowl unique and as savory or as sweet as you'd like it. They don't skimp on the fish or the toppings! The tuna and salmon are very fresh, as are the various fruit toppings (mango), crispy onions, corn, edamame etc. that are on offer. Next time, I will be tempted to try have some boba tea with my poke bowl order. I have only ordered takeout from here but encounter warm and very quick service each time. No wonder why they've even able to expand to multiple locations across Miami-Dade and Broward County!
Second time ordering, first time I felt the proportions were small and noodles lacking the flave! But this time I ordered the udon beef spicy noodles and DAMN, so goood! Cozy, warm, saucey af noods. Both times I got boba and was good too not like a boutique boba tea quality but good none the less. Casual yummy Thai food, amen!

Explained the different options clearly and provided me the exact option I was looking for. You can sit and eat or take out. They had tea samples which was a nice touch at the front counter. The servings and options looked and tasted fresh. There was a generous portion of each servings which at times lost establishments cut back on offerings here you get the value for what you pay for. Well done.
Had the beef ramen and steamed chicken dumplings both were excellent. The ramen had a rich, flavorful broth with tender beef and perfectly cooked noodles. The chicken dumplings were juicy, well-seasoned, and a great complement to the meal. Definitely recommend.
I was craving some ramen and was looking for a place walking distance from me. Came across this place on Yelp and glad we checked it out! It was empty when we got there so we didn't wait long for food. We ordered the shrimp dumplings as an appetizer, which sadly came with our food instead of before. I for once chose a really good choice! Lol. The hot gurl loves ramen was very yummy! It was a tad bit spicy (which I'm not a fan of but loved it in this dish) but mixed well with the cheese. It paired perfect with the mango green tea, which was very refreshing! My boyfriend wasn't as big of a fan of his ramen. I can't comment on how his was as I didn't try it, but it still looked good!

Poke was incredible, fresh fish, unlimited toppings and good portion size! Great service as well. Worth walking a bit farther for this place vs the closer ones to us.
Not my favorite boba spot, but really cute decorations inside especially with the globe mural. Nice outdoor and indoor seating. The flavor of the boba and taro freshness was not my preferred boba taste.

Their menu for drinks was expansive enough and not too bad overall - they also do poke and that didn't look bad either. The space was decorated pretty interestingly and the wall art was nice - I would say it felt like a very modern and sleek spot to eat. The service was quick too and we were in and out within a few minutes, it's just the price that was a little disappointing as it felt pretty pricy - I'd recommend the drink we got, but there are cheaper places to get a similar quality smoothie if you're willing to search around.
Last night after getting in later after a flight I felt light a light dinner and this was in walking distance. It's a very nice Asian fusion restaurant. It made my day to be helped by Andrea and Gabby who were very bright and upbeat. I will return!!
Great boba pit stop! I had a taste for some and stumbled upon this place. I ordered a brown sugar milk tea to satisfy my craving. It was so yummy! Also ordered a spicy tuna and salmon poke bowl. The portion was pretty decent and I was even able to save some for later. The inside was clean, the employees were nice and we were able to grab a table to dine. My only complaint was the long wait to receive food but given there was a late crowd, it was whatever. Overall, I'd come again if I'm nearby.
Wow. I always thought I hated poke until this day...I take it all back--it was love at first taste. Golden Curry Pineapple Fried Rice was good comfort food, but the poke was fresh and absolutely it let delicious. Boba tea was also very good.

They have some seating available, it's not a big place. Drinks were good. We got the Korean glass noodle and a custom poke bowl with beef and unagi. They were both delicious and filling. Service was great.

I wanted a hearty and flavorful meal so Korean glass noodles came to mind. Went in-person to order and the line was up to the door so soon as I walked in I joined the line. The place isn't that big and seating is first come first serve. I got my food to go and I asked for chili oil on the side. I wasn't a fan of the chili oil it seemed like I was given garlic oil because I didn't see any chili seeds. That was the only thing I wasn't a fan of. The Korean glass noodles were extremely HOT like they were still on the stove and I love that so much. I enjoy hot food. The portion size is definitely worth the price. read more
Refreshing drinks and a beautiful atmosphere Stopped by Sovereign in Miami and tried the Thai tea latte and Butterfly Lychee. The Thai tea latte was rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced with that classic bold tea flavor and subtle sweetness. The Butterfly Lychee was refreshing, light, and visually stunning, with a delicate floral note and fruity lychee flavor that made it feel perfect for Miami's warm weather. Service was friendly and welcoming, and the staff were happy to answer questions about the drink menu. The vibe is modern, stylish, and relaxing, with a beautiful interior that makes it a great place to catch up with friends, work remotely, or simply enjoy a drink. The space feels thoughtfully designed and inviting. Overall, a lovely café experience with well-crafted drinks and a great atmosphere. This location is located across from the D'oro italian cafe in the heart of Downtown Miami. The interior decor is pleasant and the vibe inside is comfortable and hip. The staff is super friendly and the food is fresh. They have complimentary water for those waiting for their meals. I ordered the poke bowl and my date ordered the beef ramen. The poke was delicious yet a bit small but I was able to build my own from scratch. He stated his ramen was a bit unflavorful and ranked it a 4/5. It is a bit pricey here so I would expect a little more in regard to portion size and taste. I would come back in the near future for my poke fix for sure! read more

This place is ok. If you're looking for a really good Asian restaurant, it's very important to read the Asians that rate Asian restaurants instead to get a true idea if the food is really good or not. We Asians know our food. This place is more like an Asian Fusion restaurant. I was kind of disappointed and didn't think the hype is all that. Sure their poke bowl maybe good as this is now the Hawaiian food style trend that hit Miami. However, if you're looking for really good authentic Asian restaurant for the quality and price then take a hard pass on this place. Here are the reasons for 2 stars: 1. The two girls working in front don't approach you to say hi or how can I help you. Unless you approach them first. Like other Yelpers put it on here. Yes. That's rude. 2. I got the Golden Pineapple Curry Shrimp with fried rice and it was horrible. I tasted more of the curry turmeric sprinkled on it than the curry flavor. It truly lacks flavor. The fried rice had zero taste! There was only 3 shrimps and maybe 4 pineapples in it. This is supposed to have a sweet taste to the entire bowl. I've tasted Golden Pineapple Curry Shrimp at a Malaysian restaurant before and I know my stuff. There is an option to pick chicken or pork. Hard pass! 3. They did nail their Boba and Mango smoothie but I'm not here to review only smoothies like some of these reviewers are doing giving 5 stars when they didn't even taste their food. 4. Their popcorn chicken with French fries wasn't bad as popcorn chicken is Taiwanese style but I've had better. 5. Their hot girl noodle bowl wasn't good at all. Not sure the hype. 6. Overall, their decoration in the interior is nice but their food is ok. Their bowls and noodles are just way over priced. I rather go to Ichimi MIA Japanese restaurant that is a couple miles from there than this walking distance place from hotel. Paying $16-$19 for a bowl of Asian Fusion type food better be good and this place just doesn't cut it. read more

Such great boba tea! The butterfly lychee is refreshing for those hot miami days and absolutely delicious! I also ordered another tea pictured on the menu that was watermelon smoothie using real fruit + cream cheese foam +add strawberry bursting boba and tapioca. The flavors were a good combination, creamier than the tea, and was just a nice mix. The boba was perfect! Great texture since it's not too soft and also flavorful. Most of the smoothies use real fruit. I HAVE ordered this on Uber Eats and also now in person, and the boba is just consistently good! I was welcomed warmly as soon as I came in, and she was very patient with my questions, which I appreciated. There is plenty of seating, and the drinks were prepared quickly! I am happy to have discovered this gem in downtown, and I am excited to return and try more flavor combinations! read more
FOOD The poke bowl was pretty standard. I appreciate the unlimited toppings. The offer some more Americanized (less traditional) toppings such as broccoli and shredded carrots, but the typical masago, seaweed salad, etc. BOBA I used to be a boba snob but then moving to Miami taught me I can't anymore. Definitely the best boba I've had so far. The balls are soft and chewy, the tea flavor's strong and fragrant (I got 25% sweetness). SERVICE The people were nice! However, it was pretty slow to put together our bowl so I probably would order ahead for pick up if you're in a hurry. AMBIANCE casual place to catch up with a friend. They have a good amount of seating inside and outside. read more

I've been here for about 3 weeks now in Miami and it's not easy to find good Asia food. Sovereign is one of those hidden gems and I'm so glad I discovered this place. So far, I've ordered the Tropical Tofu, Tofu Lover... both were so good. The tofu is so crispy. Tropical Tofu really reminds me of Tofu Sisig. On the other hand, Tofu Lover really gives you that refreshing taste in a poke bowl. It's hard to explain... You have to try it for yourself. FYI, I've only ordered here via delivery. read more

The almighty hidden gem where you can get the best poke bowls and ramen in Downtown Miami. Very modest space in a quite unexpected location but the quality and freshness of the ingredients never fails and makes it worth the adventure. To all my sweet n cream, caramel macchiato, shaken brown sugar espresso drinkers! You need to try a " Vietnamese coffee"! I order mine plain with no additives (boba/foam). I am traveling and dared to try a new place and Sovereign was on point and tasted just like my favorite spot at home! If you've never tried Vietnamese coffee I highly recommend trying it! I'll definitely be back to this place to try some of their teas! Look up their butterfly lychee drink! Looks too cute not to try! read more

I was visiting Miami and craving poke bowls. This is definitely the place for it the fish tasted fresh and we made our own bowls. The workers there were friendly and checked in on us. We also got the butterfly boba drink and it was sweet delicious. Inside the shop was small and cozy was light music in the background. Overall this place was a great experience and would visit again for poke when I'm in Miami. read more
I've been craving poke and this place hits the spot. Most of the dishes on the menu look good, but I went with one of my own... I came with 20 friends and they didn't take names or give out numbers, so it was incredibly confusing to get the food at the end. read more

Overall not impressed and I won't try again. First time customer and I placed an Uber eats order. I got the build your own poke bowl with double tuna; one ahi and one spicy with sushi rice, carrots, edamame, avocado (extra $2.50), crispy onions and two sauces on the side, spicy mayo and poke. The side sauces were not packaged well for a to go order. So not only did one of the sauces spill all over the bag they also gave me the wrong sauces. They gave me half salmon instead of double tuna and the avocado was hard... like hard! I will say everything was in good portion, just wrong order/items. read more

What can I say ,,, the tuna/Salmon poke bowls are way to freshly delicious not to do so. I update my review. had to update reviewI've been here twice I've returned twice for the tuna/salmon bowls. If you're into Asian poke bowl and boba teas then I'm more than positive you will find satisfaction in sip and bite of it. I can clearly see that all Ingredients are always fresh. There's a pretty wide selection of items in the menu with description on the side. So if you're not into eating that raw kinda but not so raw fish, it's cool you can play it safe because they also serve noodles, plenty of fried options, soups, dumplings and things and more. So if you're reading this review wondering if you should check em out, the answe is YES! Sovereign is doing its thing. read more

i loved the poke bowl at sovereign. i ordered the house salmon signature bowl and butterfly dragonfruit bubble tea. the bowl comes with salmon, carrots, seaweed, green and purple onion, cucumber, edamame, sesame seeds and crispy onion. it was super filling and the portion size was just right. service was quick and efficient and all the employees were very nice. overall rating: 10/10 read more

If you are in the area definitely check out this place. The food was served steaming hot, was spicy and super delicious. Till our last bite steam was coming out. That is exactly how I like my food. Taro boba smoothie was thick with right amount of sweetness. We ordered one smoothie but then went for second one. Beautiful decore and people working their were nice. Can't wait to visit again. read more
