He cares about you as a patient. He's not a dentist who comes in and talks at you. He actually knows you as a patient and his staff do their best to get o know you as well. I also like the televisions in each of the exam rooms. If you're like me, going to the dentist isn't my favorite thing to do, so if you do have extensive procedures --like I did, you won't be bored or thinking too much about the procedures. Dr. Wolff makes the whole experience even enjoyable. I highly recommend him.

I just fired my old dentist office because they can't measure bp accurately. I went in to get a…read morefilling replaced. They measured my bp before giving me anesthetic. That's standard practice. But, their measurement was like 160/110, which is high, but also inaccurate. So, I left. My internist measured it a couple months ago at 114/82. I measured it when I got home, and it was 128/73. I'm compliant with my bp meds and took them this morning. My advice to Hedrick Family Dentistry and Dr. Chen specifically is to learn how to properly measure bp on big and tall patients.

Then, when I called them, they said they had to order a part for my implant before they can do it. This is AFTER I told them that I had broken a tooth at the gumline that most dentists consider a dental emergency. Not this front office! I had fillings done that were not completed properly, and I continued to experience pain afterward. I returned to the office multiple times to report the pain and discomfort, but my concerns were not adequately addressed. Rather than identifying the actual cause, I felt my symptoms were dismissed, and the problem remained unresolved. After seeking a second opinion from another dentist, I learned that the fillings had not been done correctly and needed to be completely replaced. The new dentist also identified the source of the pain based on my X-rays, which had not been correctly diagnosed during my visits to this office. Unfortunately, I was not the only one in my family to have this experience. Another family member also had fillings completed here that ultimately had to be replaced by a different dentist due to poor workmanship. I understand that no dentist is perfect, but I expect concerns about ongoing pain to be taken seriously and for X-rays to be interpreted accurately when diagnosing the cause of a patient's symptoms. My experience resulted in unnecessary pain, additional dental work, and extra expense that could have been avoided.

The office is really nice and modern. The staff is AMAZING. They were able to get me a new crown in less than 2 weeks to replace a crown I had done in California (which was improperly fitted and causing a lot of sensitivity) . My new crown is great, no sensitivity or issues flossing, and I can finally chew on that side of my mouth again! Dr. Johnson & all the staff at Premier are the best and I absolutely recommend their business.
