I've been meaning to post my review, as I came here during the summer. Well, I'll give you some…read morebackground because I grew up coming to this mall. It literally was the place to be back in the day. I've seen the changes throughout the years, and I think it's still a great place to hang out. They've remodeled, and there are new stores and restaurants. There aren't many malls in the area now. There were other ones to visit back then, but they're all gone now. So, it's nice to know this one is still standing strong for the community. By the way, there are two Chick-fil-A's in the Mishawaka area. We prefer to come to the one in University Park Mall because it's less busy. Both are busy places, but this one isn't as congested. I'm also glad to see Barnes and Noble in this mall. With many book stores closing, I don't get to find one too often. On the weekends, it's hard to find parking, but honestly, it has been that way since I was growing up.

We drove 2 hours for school clothes Shopping and it was a one stop got all! It was also well worth it. The mall is clean and has plenty of options to sit down and rest it also has eatery options and places to grab a beverage. There are little kid rides to keep them occupied and an indoor area to cool off in. We went on a weekend and it was very busy. But all the places we went into the staff was always friendly and willing to help us. We actually did so much shopping we had to make a trip to the car to put some bags in. Speaking of heading to the parking lot, parking is a bit hairy. I think they need more parking to accommodate all the visitors. We drove around for 6 min trying to find a spot. On that note also there are several blocks that you will have to park at or else walk a long ways. Different shops on separate blocks. After shopping there are tons of local places to eat cause you'll need it after all the walking you did! We had a great time and would def go again and I highly recommend going.

This was different than most "food halls" I've been to in the sense that the "stalls" were bigger. I was surprised to actually sit down and get a menu and get served. I'm not sure if ALL the places do that, but each place seemed to have their own "larger" space. There was a market where you can buy Amish made goods, a bakery, a deli, and a Mexican place, as well as some other shops (shoppes?) too. The bathrooms were acceptable for someone passing through, but those dumb Dyson hand-dryers blow! Yes, they blow the water off of your hands towards you? Why? Why? Who comes up with this stuff? It's not as bad as the ones that blow all the water out of the sink, but c'mon Dyson! I looked all over for the coffee place as I could have used an afternoon pick-me-up but I didn't find it. Maybe it closed? Who knows. A coffee would have been great though. If I was back in the area, I'd stop here again for sure.

Us three guys did the trot round the inside shop circle. There is that simple life book shelf and Grandpa's reading glasses feel. The staff are polite but illusive as befits the head bonnet bearer.
