Afterwards we walked through the store and were a bit disappointed in the change that was made to the clothing section. It is no longer there! The area now showcases some of the artisans who offer classes and their work for sale. There is also a plant section incorporated into this re-designed space. Of course, we enjoyed walking through the other sections of the building and I did notice ladies accessory items strewn throughout with a few articles of clothing. While I am always open to change and am sure there must have been a reason for it, I do miss the previous set-up and unfortunately doubtful I will frequent as often. However, It does offer many unique home decor items and antiques at reasonable price points.

They're Mennonites, like me, and are a peaceful non-aggressive lot, so you don't need to worry about getting pitched on a bridge for sale in Brooklyn.

I was surprised how much home decor they had that I found myself wanting for my home. They have lots of nice looking fake flowers that looked like if styled correctly could look real and make a great looking bunch of flowers. The thing I was drawn to was they have the big bulky yarn for those chunky blankets that you dont use knitting needles for but your arms and hands instead. I'm hoping to make one in the next year, so I might need to check Hobby Lobby out when I get ready to do that. My best friend and I have also been looking into making some quilts this year. They appear to have a lot of the items you would need for a quilt project and a few booklets of information also. I look forward to starting my next hobby with the help of Hobby Lobby.

Of course, like every hobby lobby it looks more like a warehouse than a luxury home decorating store, but that is why the prices are so low. I paid for white glove service and noticed within a few hours that the nightstand had a hole in the back and the bottom drawer would collapse and make a clicking noise every time I open it. I contacted customer service. Ordered a replacement for the following Friday. I requested an evening delivery time due to my 24/7 building restrictions and that no one will be home to sign during the day. Found out a day before that it was being delivered in the morning. Customer service canceled and reschedule following Tuesday. I spoke to multiple representatives in between who confirmed that they had left multiple clear and distinct notes for the delivery team that it has to be delivered in the evening. Was found out the day before the second delivery that it was coming again in the afternoon. Rescheduled for a third time where I was guaranteed by two representatives, with text message proof that it was coming that following Friday after 4:30 PM. I then received a text message after speaking to the six representative that it was coming in the afternoon. I finally got a hold of an in-store manager after calling Customer service a few times. He changed the delivery for Saturday. As I'm writing this review, I am continuing to get emails that it is coming Friday, today, let me remind you No one will be home and there are building restrictions, however, I was told in store that it is actually coming Saturday, but I did not get any proof or email confirming that. This has been the worst customer service experience, especially as a first time buyer. I requested a full refund of the nightstand, which has not been accommodated for, I've asked for a full refund of my white glove service, which I only got a partial refund for. it has been almost 2 weeks and I still have not got my replacement and the lack of service between representatives is unacceptable. Come to find out that actually zero notes left for the delivery team, which means customer service did whatever they could do to get off the phone with me. Absolutely unacceptable. never be buying from Bob's again or recommending it.
